AVOID! I would give a 0 star. I am extremely disappointment with my experience. Paulette (salesperson) repeatedly misled me and never told me how expensive alterations would be on a dress. She convinced me to buy a dress that was 2 sizes too big, and alterations "wouldn't be much." Turns out AFTER I bought the $800 dress alterations would have been more than the cost of the dress. Was deceived and frustrated about the process and never received a refund (even though it was promised). I would caution any future brides to be weary of their dishonest practices and lack of integrity.

This place was amazing! Kat helped us and she was awesome! She made the process of finding the perfect wedding dress for my daughter a positive experience. Highly recommend this place. Everyone that worked there was so nice and friendly. The prices were great as well! Make sure you look here before making your final decision. Can't say enough great things about this place and Kat!!!!!

I brought my daughter here to try on dresses. They have a lot of great selections. Valarie helped us with so much positivity and excellent customer care. She made great suggestions and I will definitely be back.

We had a great experience here shopping for prom dresses. Beautiful selection and very helpful staff. I did not expect to have a lot of personal attention since we were not looking at bridal. But the staff was super attentive and helpful-greatly appreciate having alterations available.They also have lovely accessories. Recommend!

This was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I ended up leaving with my wedding dress!! The details on the dress are amazing and I cannot wait to wear it on my day. The staff were so kind, easy to work with, and I felt so special and important when trying on all the different dresses. Lauren helped me feel at ease when making such a big decision. I highly recommend Songbirds Bridal and Consignments!!!

I booked an appointment for a Saturday with 1 person with me. I heard and read great things about the service. While I was booking the appointment it was stressed to only have that one other person with me. Got it and fully understood.When I showed up, the place felt overrun by larger groups and lots of kids. The space to actually look at the dresses is very tight. Having any more than 1-2 people in the aisles is hard, which I couldn’t understand why for a place that required appointments would have that many people in them. I understand its consignment and the experience is different. However you constantly feel like you’re in the way of other people, and waiting to squeeze by, all while being reminded you have only 90 minutes.The stylist asked me what I was looking for. I described a few things and then was pointed in the direction of the racks and told to hang the ones I picked on some racks above the dresses. She gave me the price breakdown and that was that. At no point did an employee discuss or show me anything, or even offer to help me try on anything. It felt like a free for all. Which is fine- but given the appointment and what I read/expected based on the phone call booking the appointment was very different than what I experienced. I did overhear another stylist giving some more direction and support to her client.They had a decent selection of dresses but the service, experience in the store and just lack of any direction was tough for me.If you’re looking for a deal, it may be worth a shot. But I wish I had a better idea of what it was going to be like to better prepare myself.

I came to this place a couple of times looking for a wedding dress in a reasonable price. To my surprise, I found a dress of my dreams for a steal deal. My only concern was the inside of the dress was super dirty. At this time I didn’t realize that the buttons at the end of the long train was also a little dirty. I was just so happy that I found a dress that fit with my wedding being three months away. I was super happy, I was allowed to dress to sit on layaway due to me having limited amount of space in my home. However, two days prior to my wedding I picked up my dress. Of course I had intentions of picking it up sooner however, have some last-minute emergency appear. But I did go the Thursday, before my wedding and I picked up my dress. After trying on my dress, I noticed a couple of buttons at the end of the train were dirty, and the owner was unavailable. They staff recommended I give the shop a call the next day when she will available. Again, I will acknowledge that the interior part of the dress near the bosoms was very dirty and she did clean it. However, when I called and the owner answer the phone, I asked her if she would be able to touch up the buttons on my dress due to them being a little gray, and my dress was ivory color. She declined saying all she uses some seventh generation that I can buy at target. She states she mixes that with water and sprays it on the dress and just dabs it and that’s how she’s able to get stains out. I’ve then proceeded to tell her. I did not feel comfortable doing it on my own and prefer one of her caliber do it for me. She then declined and said it was super simple and encourage me to do it on my own. I did ask again if she was available to do it that day and she said she did not know if she would have time to do it that day, but if I brought it by she would see what she could do. By it being the day before my wedding I do not wanna take any chances. I know that this is a small detail, but I didn’t want my pictures to be affected. I just decided to just leave the dress as is and hope that when I get my pictures back next week that this small detail will not be noticed. Again, overall I was happy with my purchase, but I just wasn’t happy with the follow up customer service. I spent eleven hundred dollars on a dress I would’ve just like a little bit more understanding and better customer service. At this current time I’m not sure if I will shop here again, but I hope no one else has this problem.
