Their policy on a bra I had to bring back because it was damaged wouldn’t allow for it to be exchanged. I was however allowed to donate the bra to receive 5.00 off a new bra. The clasp broke on the one I wanted to exchange.
They are very patient when you are trying to find a bra that fits just right. Clean store.

Let me start by saying the atmosphere was amazing from the second I walked in!! I was greeted by the young ladies they were all pleasant. But Ms. Connie made my shopping experience at soma over the top she’s very personable and just amazing at her job. I definitely will be shopping with soma again.

They overcharged me by $10 on a clearance item, so check your receipts. The cashier was polite, apologetic, and efficient when she refunded me, though.

I went to this location on 6/11. I had the most wonderful experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get the associate that assisted me todays name. Luckily I found my receipt. Connie was so wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. She made my visit to the store so pleasant.

Excellent customer service! Bethany was so professional and helpful with bra fitting, and Madalyn was wonderful getting a bra that wasn’t in stock ordered. They both made my first shopping experience at SOMA such a positive one.

I came in to get bra sized for the first time since I was in highschool. I’ve always had a hard time shopping for bras, easily discouraged, not able to find anything to fit my correctly. However, I had the best experience at this location with Emily! She was so kind, helped me tremendously and was very caring. Emily was not judgmental and made the experience easy and I left feeling confident. Thank you Emily!
