They aren't open after business hours and they aren't open at all on Saturdays. This is easily one of the most expensive dry cleaning services in town, yet they don't bother to provide for decent parking for their customers, the staff repeatedly refuse to remember the names and preferences of their customers and they aren't open at least until 6:30 so that busy professionals can get to the cleaners to pick up their dry cleaning after leaving the office. Saturday? Forget it. They could care less about you.

Never had a problem like the one star I saw here. Yes, this business has been here, up and running, for not 20 years, but 40! You don't stay in business this long by providing bad business. I've been using them for 25+ years and I've had only one mistake that I can remember. Those are pretty good odds id say. Nothing is perfect.
