My ratings based on your customer service. The young women that you have working in your store is very unprofessional and downright rude to the customer. I find that not a good business to offer for it but I guess maybe your opinion is different people that works in retail or stores like that should always be respectful respectful to their customers. It makes your business look real bad, so that’s why I raided it a law rating. I’m praying that you will improve the customer service in your establishment.

I got gas here around 7:35am on Wednesday morning. Regular gas was $3.29 a gallon. Upside had offer for $0.13 cash back on default and $0.16 cashback on premium. Ive noticed my mileage has been decreasing, so I decided to get premium gas that was $4.07. I got 14 gallons, which cost me about $60. The gas station was busy and it was constant. When people left, more came. Some work trucks were even parking across the street. The pumps were well. No complaints.

Terrible experience on 7/7/22. I paid $40 on pump 6. When I went out to pump it wasn’t pumping. I went back and told the cashier Erica. She told me she heard pump 2. She told me what I could do Is go and talk to the the lady who was pumping my gas. I said I’m not going to be arguing with a complete stranger that’s crazy. Erica was very rude. She said well “I can’t do anything and I’m not paying for your gas with my money.”She proceeded to help the next customer and ignore me. All the customers that were there left the store and said that what she was doing was wrong!!. And management can check the cameras around 4:08 to confirm all that I am saying. Very unprofessional and very disappointing customer service. Sadly this place lost several customers and reputation. Erica told me I could go at 6:00am the next day to speak with someone in management. I told her I would need a note explaining what happened along with my receipt, So the person would believe me the next day.I also asked if she could please write her name on it since she was the cashier. She refused to.

I'll keep coming as long as I can continue to pump my gas from the outside. The inside of the store has an odor I cannot stand. Along with barely anyone wearing a mask.

Only place I get gas in Greensboro n.c.They are maybe the only place that sells NON ENTHOL 93 OCTANE.Staff is very friendly and patient.

I visited this Shell station Mart#8 on Tuesday, November 12th (they charged my card without giving me gas). They claimed the system was messed up all that day. BEWARE: they are charging small extra amounts to your card.
I tried to talk to "Kelly" the store manager, she rudely lied and pushed me to the side on November 18th.
I will not be doing any more business there at Shell (Hicone Rd and Summit Ave). BECAREFUL using any types of card.
*****There is a thief among them.****
I will be putting a complaint in on the company Mart #8.
If you visited this Shell station in November, please check your bank statements.
