I grew up in the Triad and have been selling Real Estate since 2004. I love advising sellers on how to prepare their home for an aggressive market so they are leveraged to sell quickly and for top dollar. Maybe you are in the market to buy... maybe this is your first home, or you are an empty nester, move-up buyer, investor or relocation client. I am a hand holder, I am not a salesperson. I don't want you to buy something I wouldn't buy, or I can't resale. I work on a referral basis so taking care of my clients is the lifeblood of my business. After the house is closed I am still there for you. Some times you need a referral, I have a list of vendors that I recommend for whatever need may come up in your journey of home ownership!
