Bought enough gas for a full tank there and parked my car way out in the corner of the parking lot to go to a concert just down the road (as others had reportedly done before without issue) because it was a safe location and I was already a customer. I later come back to learn my car was towed and had to cough up $300 for EZ-Tow. Great to know this branch doesn’t really care about its customers even after giving it your hard-earned money.

Customer service was outstanding , but the shelf checkout was had a glitch to which cost me $30 in the end. Not only did this happen but when telling the cashier about this issue it was likely issue wasn't a major issue. After contacting customer service and playing musical numbers as the extentions would go to a answering machine. Now once I did got in contact with someone now this is going down under review and then a gift card will be sent to me via mail.

My fiancé and I came in just to get a couple of milkshakes and some gas. It seemed like there were only two employees preparing food and no one preparing any drink orders. They were prioritizing DoorDash orders that came in after us. We waited 30 minutes before we decided that this wasn't even worth our time anymore so we went and asked for a refund. They gave us cash back instead of putting it back on our cards. Then when we went to pump the gas that we had paid for, the pump timed out because of how much time we spent inside. My fiancé went back in to get the gas added back to the pump (he's been in the same situation before and it was no issue for them to just add it back), and they didn't want to do it. They said it would just be refunded back to his card. He checked his credit card app and they charged him twice for the gas he didn't get. Awful experience and biggest waste of time.

Stopped after an event at the Coliseum and there was a little bit of a line but they got through everyone relatively quick. I have no complaints. The food was great. I'd go back.

Clara actually has the biggest attitude out of every fast food worker I've met in my life. All you find at this store are really combative, miserable women workers who take their failures out on customers... Especially Clara. Horridly unpleasant.Don't expect them to get your delivery orders right from Sheetz either. They'll never be bothered enough to do the actual job they signed up for to give you what you order, even though it's in stock.

This Sheetz has so much potential but fails to live up to the Sheetz standard.There's a lot of room for opportunity for this Sheetz location. It feels dirty. When I go, it's usually at a later hour (10/11 PM) & it's a mess. There's trash all over the parking lot & in the store.The lines tend to move slowly. There is a self check out option, but it tends to be down when we go. It tends to be a 5 minute wait minimum to check out.The made to order food wait time is much longer. The past 3 times I've gone, it's been a minimum of 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered food, it was inedible. The burrito was flavorless & the box with different fried options was undercooked.It seems like the staff is miserable here. I don't know why. It could be due to the demand of customers, but it's noticeable, but they don't seem to care regardless.The positive about this Sheetz location is that they still offer the great snack & drink selection that Sheetz is known for.I've never used the bathroom here. Most Sheetz locations have clean bathrooms, but since this location is generally dirty, I have a feeling it would be the same.I'm not sure where to start to turn this Sheetz around, but if you're looking for a quick option for food & drinks, I'd go elsewhere or be prepared to wait.

Came to get gas, I was not in a good mood at all due to an extremely bad experience at a different business, but the team lead whose name escapes me right now was the one if the most welcoming, warm, friendly employee I've ever met at any Sheetz. Her demeanor completely brightened my mood again. Make this wonderful woman store manager!

Only giving 1 star because you can't give zero, employees need to stop talking and focus on tasks at hand, had to wait over 20 minutes after the order showed complete on the app

We ordered food online and they made it but when we got to the sheets they had cones up preventing cars from driving in and when we tried to walk up someone in a car stopped us asked what we needed and told us sheets closed on Friday and Saturday, they give use our already made food… they seemed completely open and just didn't want customers.

I guess the employees live in the bathroom, was there for almost 20 mins waiting for an employee to stop camping in the stall. bathroom was also disgusting.

Over 20 minutes for our drinks. Its not busy. Night shift needs to get their act together. Girls making the orders are in obviously bad moods. Uncomfortable vibe.
