Although they were more expensive than other stations, I shopped there because the ATM machine was free. The new PNC machine is horrible. I'll go back to cheaper items at other stations

I love Sheetz and this place is hit or miss depending on who is working. I don't know why it's so hard to microwave my breakfast burrito but my $3 breakfast burrito from Sheetz was cold this morning. Can you guys please train your employee to hit the proper button??

The associates at this Sheetz location are wonderful, but there are a few who truly top our list! Upon our first-ever visit to Sheetz, we were quite hesitant in placing a food order. However, Ebony greeted us with a pleasant, peaceful, and calm demeanor, and she assured us that our order would be made correctly. Her positive attitude and exemplary work ethic made our first visit enjoyable, and our food came out perfectly! Since that initial visit, we have met other associates such as Shay who always goes above and beyond when serving us, and makes sure to greet us with a smile and positive attitude whenever we visit! The manager, Beshoy, is also wonderful and always makes us feel welcome and appreciated whenever we see him. We have also observed him treat other guests with kindness, and that shows that he, along with the other staff members, provide exceptional service to those who visit this Sheetz location.

Ordered a pretzel and was covered in salt and completely inedible. The food staff have an attitude and have continued to mess up food orders for the month have I been visiting

I had to pick up a delivery order at this location Saturday evening. I was shocked that the person behind the counter at the grill had the title “supervisor “. Shay was one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered at any Sheetz store. Because the food was being slung into bags and the bags slammed on the counter, I apologized to my delivery customer for any issues that they may find upon opening their order. Several people attempted to ask her questions regarding their order but were quickly shot down by a sarcastic, caustic one line response.

This sheetz is so awful. They always do a bad job making the food always under cooked. And this time I ordered a cinnamon pretzel they had none of the ingredients..couldn’t refund me cause I paid online. Was rude to me cause I had no idea what I wanted to substitute for. Finally just chose French toast sticks. Gave me the order and didn’t give me the other part of my order. Went back inside to say they forgot. Proceeded to tell me it wasn’t on the order. Then after about a minute of deliberation she looked in front of her face which my other order was right in front of her face the entire time. I just have no wordsJust got home and opened the bag and they forgot the sauce hahahah unbelievable

My quesadilla was literally just soaked in grease and inedible. The lady that gave me my food had an attitude and they didn't follow the instructions for my food.

For took 30 min to get after order, drink machine was out of syrup on most of the drinks. Only small cups were left. This location is poorly managed.

This is my favorite Sheetz location.Coffee station is always well stocked and many choices.Nyasia and Abigail are very friendly, very helpful and very respectful.They make my experience at this Sheetz very enjoyable.
