The E88 nosal on pump 10 doesn’t shut off when the tank is full. When I pulled up to pump 10 this morning I realized a lot of gas had been spilled on the pavement. I just figured some joker accidentally spilled it when they removed the nosal. As I was filling my car I realized the pump would not shut off. I asked to speak to a manager. When I told her of the situation she said they didn’t consider a nosal that doesn’t shut off broken. She continued to inform me it was a customer problem not a Sheetz problem. This should be their problem as spilled gas is a fire hazard. I’m a long time Sheets custom but will certainly not be as faithful going forward.

By far the worse Sheetz. Just look at the reviews on this location itself. Do something about it!! Shouldn't take 20 mins to make a Milkshake. And this isn't just one bad experience. It's every dang time I come here.

just ate here Monday night and got the chicken sliders and fries. Since then I have been sick as hell it is now Wednesday and I’m still sick. Not sure if it’s all food or undercooked food. Whatever it was it gave me food poisoning.

Something needs to be done with the drive thru. Always having to wait to even be acknowledged sometimes they just ignore you. just always ended up driving off

I'm not sure what's happened to this place. Overall if you don't get food here, it's great. I love Sheetz in general, probably more than I should, but lately the ppl they've hired to run the kitchen is pathetic. There are 2 girls who are really nice and are always on top of the orders. Usually it's them who go and get the thing forgotten in my order when the other staff are too lazy. Ask for a wrap with a few things on it, they forgot to add half of the items to it and then when my fiancee went inside to complain. Instead of remaking the food they took the current food and just threw the toppings on it and gave it back. So it was nice and cold by the time she got to eat. If they're not messing up orders and acting like they don't care, they're ignoring people in drive through to the point you either sit there for a bit or you have to knock on the window to get their attention.

You order your food on a computer that prints a receipt with everything you requested on your food. Multiple times I get half my order or they just make it however they want. It looks like they would hire people who can do the job correctly.

Spent 60 dollars for food that was smashed down by the food containers and nacho cheese squirted in big globs in the middle of the fry and tot platters..other than that everything was okay.
