GREAT STAFF!! Whenever I come into this location I am greeted and offered help immediately. It can get really crowded on the weekends but never to the point where its a turn off. I recommend doing a pick up for convenience on busier days.

Today, 6/23/2024 was my daughter’s 10th birthday and Sephora has became one of her absolute favorites since social media of course. We were in Greensboro, NC for her National Dance Competition so we decided to visit the location at 803B Friendly Center Rd, Greensboro, NC 27408. We have visited Sephora’s in every city we visit because of her love for this store and their products. When I say this was my baby girls most amazing experience EVER!!! From the moment we walked in the staff was incredible. Two female associates that I felt were managers maybe; went above and beyond to make her feel special and happy about being in the store. We spoke with the most kindest and sweetest gentlemen, he made my day as a dance mom and was so kind and encouraging and blessed my soul without even knowing that his words lifted my spirit. Another female associate spoke with us and gave us suggestions about Summer Friday “dupes” as my daughter would say. We chatted briefly and she was so sweet. All the associates smiled and wished my daughter Happy Birthday. Even the sweet girl that checked us out was amazing, I could tell she was slightly new but definitely belonged in such a beautiful environment. When my daughter left the gentleman added one more special touch to her day. She said, “Mommy this is the BEST birthday EVER”!! I must agree the staff that was at this location today around 4:45 pm to closing were SUPERB!!!!! I will drive 2 hours to come back for service like today.

I came in looking for brow products. Anna was amazing in helping me find the right one. She helped me find the right shade and product for exactly how I style my brows. She took her time and made sure that I loved the product and results. She was very friendly and professional.

To be completely honest as a parent. I truly enjoy the products they offer and will continue to use them. Customer service is horrible. My daughter had a few questions while spending her own money and was ignored by everyone. At 10 years old that made a horrible impression on a girl that is very into makeup and skincare. I called a few days later and spoke to the manager Amanda. I genuinely felt like I was bothering her and taking up her time over a meaningless call. She was very short, seemed very disinterested and was quite rude. I did end the phone call fairly rude as I expected more of a company of this compacity and the manager.

I'm an older woman(late fifties) I have been there a few times, I always leave feeling totally ignored. No one ever asked if they can help me. I feel age discriminated.

This sephora was not the cleanest, organised, nothing in stock and falsely label the prices. they said a $50 item was $150. the employees were also rude, short with their words, and rushed us. this was not a amazing experience and i will probably never come back here.

Way too many people in there the people ask you can they help you and then when you want them to help you they roll your eyes and act like it's a bother and everybody was busy putting up stuff during working hours boxes in the way too many people walking around just wasn't very pleasant

I came from out of town and was excited to visit the Sephora store for the first time ever. Unfortunately I was made to feel like a criminal as I was watched and followed around the store by a sales rep. No greeting, no offer to assist, just following me wherever I went. DO BETTER!!

My family was followed by an employee (stout white woman with spiky blond hair) in what can be best described as racial profiling while we were shopping. Not a good experience in 2024.
