I would prefer no stars. Why do they ask for a membership card upon entry . You can't buy anything with out one! 2nd . The Rotisserie chickens have become a joke. There is always a good hour wait and then they check them and then another30 minutes followed by getting them ready for sale. By then it is only by chance you will get one with some people getting 4 or more each. There should be a limit of 2 per customer. I have not even been able to get one is several weeks due to the stampede of people waiting. We just walked out today and went somewhere else for what we needed. Thinking hard about not renewing our membership this year. This location is way too busy. It would help if there are another location within the area.

I was looking for some new winter clothes for my daughter and couldn't find the size the I was looking for. I continued to look all over the apparel department when a team member Suzanne came up to me. She rudely asked if I needed help because I was unfolding all of the clothes. Then starts refolding the clothes instead of healing me. Extremely rude and I will not be going back to this location because of her. As a new mother with high anxiety and a prior retail background I was offended and walked off and cried. My depression makes it hard enough to go out as it is. She should have kept that to herself, I was going to fold them back. I will go to the Durham location from now on even though it is farther from my home.

So I know this review may go against popular opinion because many others love the other place, that I won't name here, but this is my go to for bulk goods and other household supplies. The number one reason I love this place is because I have the scan n to app. This app is free of charge and can be found on the Sam's club app. It allows you to scan items as you are shopping and check out without waiting in those sometimes ridiculously long lines! I love it! It's the only way to go, in my opinion. Sam's club also has some excellent deals and generally I have decent luck getting good parking.

It has been worth it ! Gas Savings alone Pays for your membership ! I have been a member since 1990 ! Since opting for their Mastercard I have saved and additional 5% on Gas anywhere plus 3% at the store & 1% anywhere ! Cash back to you @ the club !

There was a greeter at the door/ asking for your Sam's card. Also, there was someone to assist at the end of each check out if needed. Although, I prefer the scan and go app on my phone. I stopped to purchase a water from the food stand area and there were fresh pizzas being prepared. The store was cleaned and flooded with summer toys and pools. I would hope that during busier times Sam's will have to receipt scanners at the door. So be prepared if there are not 2 you may have to wait.

For some weird reason I could not access my account. I tried everything including attempting to change my password. After an evening of trying, I chatted with a customer rep. We were disconnected, so I tried again the next day. That session was also disconnected. Nothing would work that they told me to try. Finally, after the third chat with a customer rep, everything worked properly and I was able to sign in. Some people might gripe about how long it took, but I give kudos to the customer reps. They kept working until a solution was found. I like shopping at Sam's Club and I'm grateful I can do that this Christmas season.

Today I submitted my 1st and last pick up order. My order was supposed to be ready today between 3:00-4:00pm. I got there a little because and was waiting for a text to let me know it was ready. 4:00 came not text, cars pulling in and out picking up orders. 4:15pm I called customer service, a lady picked up the phone and said oh I didn't mean to answer this but since I did how can I help you. RUDE! I proceeded to tell her the problem and she pulled up my information. She said let me get someone on it because no one had started my order, give her 30min and it should be out. 5pm no order so I went in the store to the customer service and they still had not started my order. Oh, did I mention it was only 5 items. Paper plates, forks, and 3 bags of rolls. SMH... never again will I do a pick up from there.

Worst Sams club I have ever been too! Rude employees that are unwilling to help and give you attitude. The place is very dirty also. I’ll drive out of my way not to shop at this location.
