Good convenient place to shop! Good selection, customer service need improvement. Was not greeted at the door…. Was able to capture what I was looking for along with a few surprises. When I got to the register after waiting in a line. The agent was very dry. Store was clean, Loss prevention was very laid back. No worries - it was early Sunday morning in NC.

A little disorganized and almost all the merchandise is mixed
Apart from that, the treatment of the workers is not the best, well the security guy was very friendly.

They have ok stuff but I wish they was more organised especially with their clothes and at Christmas time they need more people working cause the line was long it was almost to the back of the store it was so long and I left that day after I stood there for like 20 minutes with two registered going and one of them walked away for some reason it was crazy that day

The wait in line to checkout can be up to 45 minutes to an hour long.

Seriously Ross. Only 2 people working the register and the line is passed the aisle of the clothes. Plenty of people were leaving their items because they didn't want to wait. There is even a person checking bags and receipts at the door. That person needed to be working the register to get that line down. Do better.

Worst experience ever I was just racially profiled for not paying for something even thought I did. He had me go back to
Cashier to see if she gave the wrong receipt even the cashier was confused .
I did noticed he let everyone else go with no problem but I had to get my stuff checked for being Hispanic

So bad employees , I bought scream for my phone. The writing on the outside of the box is completely different ,
I went to them and asked them to return it, but they did not accept me to return it. make sure if you wanna buy anything from them, what inside the box,

They have some nice things if you're willing to search for it. It's always packed though and could be a little bit more organized. Its just stuff everywhere, but I guess thats their way of doing things.
