It's cheap, but it feels like a used shop, with only a few people working and items scattered all over the place, which is a shame. However, if you find what you want, you can buy it at a good price.

I am typically a fan of Ross because of their options and prices. But this location is poorly staffed. And while shopping with my two kids under five, I was not allowed to have a bathroom passcode in order to get into the locked bathrooms. Worker looked at me like I was crazy for even asking. Needless to say, I had to leave with without purchasing any items because my kids had to use the bathroom and we couldn't get in. I will not be back.

Ross has good prices for authentic wears, with fitting rooms to test wears. Discounted prices are also available on some selections.

I absolutely love the prices and the options of clothing, shoes, accessories and Necessities for the home.. but this location is the most unorganized and always is short staff. The long lines are very discouraging after having to search around for particular items.

This is one of my fave places to shop, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen this store. It’s such a mess all on shelves, like a tornado went through it- in aisles, items in floors. You can barely get through some sections. I just think someone really let this place go. Then the overload of Christmas makes it worse like the store needs to be bigger but there’s no room, the back dressing rooms were closed and got lucky that i had one open for me in the front. Only 2. But yet I wanna go back cause I feel like I missed something good. ?
