Service has improved markedly over the past year as they have restaffed and apparently retrained in the pharmacy. Have had generally good experience with vaccinations and prescription refills. Walgreen's notification systems about refills are useful and time saving,

I was treated very awful by the two white female cashiers on 1/28/23 around 1 to 1:30 pm. I was trying to get a reloadable card but was not informed I needed to use cash, however was asked several times to try to apply for a store card after saying no several times. When I tried to used one of my cards it would not work not realizing it was because I needed cash I transferred some money to a bank card and used that but it would not work either. Then when I suggested they cancel the purchase and I go somewhere else I was asked to just try the ATM for the cash. This became an issue because I was not thinking about the fees and I did not need an amount that was multiple by 20. Well when I finally got them to cancel the purchase one cashier told a customer I didn't have any money (mind you i had some cash in my hand, just not the right amount) and the other cashier just thanked me for applying for the store card but stated she needed to let me know she voided that as well. , while shaking her head. Thankfully I was able to go to the gas station and get what I needed done.

Recently went here for the first time and I’ve been disappointed. The pharmacy staff I dealt with had a defensive attitude. Then when they filled my prescriptions they duplicated one of them.Also they are only open until 6pm on weekdays and closed on weekends.Overall they don’t seem very customer-focused. There are too many other pharmacies out there, I’d rather choose one that cares about its customers.

Walgreen's on Northline Avenenue:Miserable customer service. Unprofessional, frequently surly. I have had multiple negative experiences with this Walgreen's. A few days ago I arrived there at 10:00 a.m. to pick up an antibiotic that I need to take before dental work. My dental appointment was for 11:00. The pharmacist had not shown up for work and none of the staff knew why. The pharmacy cannot be opened without the pharmacist being on site, so I was not able to get my prescription. I had to postpone my dental appointment. This experience and others has caused me to move my business to a different Walgreen's.

Just finished getting a flu vaccine here. Definitely just go to your pcp or a different clinic. The pharmacist almost gave me the wrong vaccine but I luckily noticed and corrected her. She seemed to not be feeling well which made me sad to see her having to work through that. Everyone working the pharm counter seemed extremely unhappy to be there and customer service was not present. I will say the pharmacist did give a good shot, very gentle technique. However I was unimpressed with the hospitality and lack of detail oriented work that was going on inside the clinic. I also had to follow up to make sure I received proof of my vaccine as they were going to let me leave empty handed. In a clinical setting whether it’s just Walgreens or a hospital detail oriented work is extremely important for a number of reasons. Hopefully I just caught them on a bad day.

Pharmacy needs to do better with their attitudes it's always that one Tech makes it lookbad for the others overall the others in the store were well helpful when it comes to customers service normally i don't use this pharmacy but want be back !!

Totally incompetent at filling a simple prescription. My wife dropped off a prescription for refill here that was previously at a different Walgreens location. Was told it would be 30 min. Came back 2 hrs later, not done. Then I came back several more hours later and was told it was “stuck” somehow and it would be tomorrow. Ridiculous.

I just had the worst pharmacy experience. I put in a prescription refill request online yesterday and when they never called or text me today I called to see if it was ready. I was told by someone in the pharmacy that they didn’t have it in stock and it would be ready on Monday. Why didn’t they call me to tell me?!? They can’t transfer it to another location without my doctor calling them and now my doctor’s office is closed for the weekend! All they had to do was call me to let me know and I could have sorted it all out, but now I have no more of my medication and will suffer all weekend because they didn’t have the common decency to call me. Horrible pharmacy - fill your prescriptions ANYWHERE else.
