I will admit the place is very nice and you don't have to worry about mold or things getting wet. In the beginning they were very nice and helpful but later that changed. There are some of them were snobbish and rude. Don't care about sentimental things. I feel they don't tell you everything up front but then tell you things little by little as they come up. They also don't tell you when the price changes from the introductory price. I will be losing my things and have some very sentimental things in there also that I will lose. They tell you when the auction is but I just found out yesterday the auction has already started and people are bidding now on units. I was NOT informed the bidding would start before the 18th. I won't use them again for those reasons. Other than that as far as the place itself and the units they are nice. One in particular I don't care for. (female)

This place was right on time. Staff over the phone and in person was friendly and helpful. My move was comfortable using this storage facility I was even given a fit storage truck to move my things which made it easier. Thanks staff for all your help. I will definitely recommend this place!

I love Ms Rhonda’s friendliness and her personality I love the friendliness of all I’ve spoken to,The storage units are clean and everything so together and organized,I didn’t have to worry about rats are bugs in my unit like other storage units had ,,, It’s very clean
