My car was tolled here, I had to pick up tags,or should I say, retrieve them. I was handed a screw driver and told where the car was parked
The truck was backed up against the fence. I could not get the tag off and had to go back inside to get help. Boy, oh boy, what is happening to customer service?

This neat place is thieves, they charge you for a job and don't finish it, next Monday I'm going to discuss my money and the reason why they didn't finish the job.
Charging $2100, they were supposedly going to correct the damage and the paint had a Toyota rav 4,recall, and it turned out that they did not fix the damage nor did they paint the entire car, terrible job, they do not deserve a single star. Very disappointing. Im call the police for report to thieve.This action requires a class action lawsuit.

I got my Rav 4 repaired here in June 2022. A huge limb hit my hood and did extensive damage, so it had to be replaced. They had my car a month before they touched it for what was supposed to be a 2-week repair. Mary Rice got involved, and they fixed my car within a week. She even provided a rental, since mine had expired because they had my car so long.So, why am I just now writing a review? Because they rushed to fix it and did a poor job. Yesterday, I took my car to my mechanic because I discovered that water was leaking into the passenger floorboard. Guess why? Because Rice Collision did not plastic weld the cowl back around the windshield! My mechanic said it was just laying there, so water could enter the vent and run down into the floorboard. Guys, this is BASIC! You didn't put my car back together right, and I've been driving around like this for a year and a half!I had to pay $171 out of my own pocket to get this fixed yesterday, and that is a lot of money to me. What else wasn't fixed properly?Response back to owner: I had to pay for the diagnostic to find out what the problem was. They assumed it was a problem with the HVAC drain being blocked. They put the cost of the diagnostic towards the repair.

Will not recommend at all for any auto body work. Repeatedly moving delivery dates. Coming up with excuses each time. If you want a timely repair, look somewhere else.

I have never had a problem with Toyota so far I think they were always on time responsive when I try to contact them if you want to go anywhere go to Toyota off of Joe Brown Road in Greensboro North Carolina they're great!

I drove 30 minutes for them to take pictures of my vehicle and sent me an email with a price that was double everyone else!I could have sent the pictures and saved an hour drive for that ridiculous price. Beware
