my rims were MESSED UP, had chunk out of it and even bent in a little bit (not enough for air to come out) and they fixed it right up looks brand new! i definitely recommend them! did such a good job and it was only $298

I brought in a 26” rim with a bend. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful although I didn’t have an appointment and worked me in. Ultimately the technician repaired the rim the best he could but couldn’t comfortably say it was fixed to their standards so they charged me zero. Very respectable, honest group. I highly recommend.

I damaged a rim when I scrapped it against a stoned barrier. I was told by one company that it couldn't be repaired and I'd need a new one. The people at RGX Greensboro did an absolutely great job. It looks brand new. I took an after photo of it, wish I had thought of taking a before photo.

Had a wheel on my Camaro that has a few minor scratches/curb rash. Contacted them on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in the next day. Repair took around and hour and half and the price was reasonable. It looks brand new like nothing happened. Would definitely recommend.

Gave 2 stars because they stripped my wheel lock. I actually understand the waiver. However, they didn't inform me about damage wheel lock. Just placed the wheel lock in glove compactment without saying anything. Which meant instead of 5 lug nuts on wheel only had 4. This the same rim they repaired back in March. Had another fight with curb at end of July. Since done great job in March, I decided to have them repair rim again. I have called several times I'm have to talk to management about it. Still waiting 3weeks to hear for them. I can see if the lock was damaged before, but that's not the case. Had they mentioned something about stripped lock still wouldn't being a problem. The problem comes from your worker not reporting the issue.
I'm changing my rating from a 2 to 5 after owner contacted me on 8/16 and on Monday made the situation right. I definitely appreciate it. Thank you

I called several rim shops and they all stated 2-3 days they would need to keep my car. The price quotes were also high.
RGX was not only affordable but they fit me in next day. 😭They gave me an 8 am appointment and stated they would be done by the end of the day. I found that hard to believe due to previous quotes and time frames. Yall they finished by 3 pm! 🙌🏾
Please look at the pics below and make note that all 4 of my tires look like this.
You would be foolish to not book with them.
Shout out to Erica, Brandy, Sam and the guy with the funky eye glasses that serviced me, today. You guys are amazing.

Had a repair on a wheel three years ago and it opened back up on me. The team gave me great information about the lifetime warranty I had and luckily it was covered for my Benz! Super informative and welcome thank you so much for another great experience !!
