This place is great. Took my car in with a noise in the front end, sounding really bad. Thought it was gonna cost a bunch of money. After the folks, their test drove it, then got it on the lift. It turns out it was just a heat shield loose. No parts needed, just some labor. Cost less than 100 dollars. They could have upsold me on some things since the car is 8 years old. They also told me about some things that need addressing but not needed right now. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs. They also do tires, among other things. I will be back.

Randall and his professional staff of mechanics and front desk personnel have met and often exceed my expectations time and time again. Not only are they professional but they’re skilled in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that are affordable given the situation. I travel 20+ miles passing many auto shops along the way to have my family’s vehicles serviced because they have integrity and genuinely care for each customer’s needs, treating you like your the only one in the shop and not just another service ticket.

This place really stands out. First of all a real person answers when you call. They also call you back that day. They have such a pleasant and non-creepy vibe when you go in and I actually was so moved and encouraged by this atmosphere because it's not just about money. Those are really refreshing qualities in a business! They took good care of both my cars in a very short amount of time, which I also really appreciated because they weren't stressed or making you feel bad about their time even though they were busy. I am grateful for shops like this! Highly recommend.

1st this is the most esthetically pleasing & tidy waiting area I've ever been in at a mechanic.Everyone is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their work is quick, reasonably priced, and efficient. I'd definitely recommend.

I just bought a brand new set of tires and went to Randall tire to check the alignment even though the car was working fine. After the alignment my car started pulling to the right which it never did prior to this. When I brought it back, they said in order to recheck it. I would have to show up as early as 7:30 am the following day which I did. They rechecked it and said there was nothing they could do. The problem must be in the tires. I brought the car back to where I bought the tires they checked and rotated them the tires and found nothing wrong. After that I drove my car it kept pulling to the right so it was obviously it alignment problem. So I’m out $155 for the alignment my car is worse than when I first brought it in to Randall’s. Not sure how they got such great reviews but I’m really disappointed because I went to their shop twiceso it was a waste of my time and money and my car is worse off than when I first bought it in to Randall’s tire.

Randall’s Tire Pro shop is our go to place for all our vehicles. They do a fantastic job, if something cannot be fixed or not worth being fixed they let you know that too. We can always trust him to do the best job and take care of our needs, feeling safe when driving our cars is something you can count on from all the employees! Plus polite and courteous always!

As long time customers, my mother and I have always been treated with kindness and respect from the staff at Randall’s Tire Pros. They’ve always done a great job with oil changes, inspections, tire rotations and tire installations for our older vehicles. The lobby/waiting area is clean, neat, includes comfortable seating and complimentary coffee.

TERRIBLE experience with Randall's Tires.They charged me and did NOTHING to my truck.They charged me to tell me a LIE, which is the worst part.I run a business and will never bring my personal or fleet of vehicles to this business again.Took my truck to get an alignment. They quoted me $99 over the phone then raised the price to $135 at the store.(i did not mind the extra costs, i just wanted it done so i said no problem)They call me saying they have to do a minimum of $2700 worth of work replacing parts bc 'they look original' or they will not do my wheel alignment. (replace all 4 ball joints, 4 tie rods, center lock, and springs for another $1100). I asked if they were going to put performance parts and said they would be stock parts.I tell them no thanks, and they charged me for giving me an inaccurate estimate.I took it to 2 other places in the triad to confirm if this was accurate and to compare prices since it is my right.BOTH places told me there was no need to replace ANY of those parts.They showed me and explained with the truck up in the air how everything was fine and there was no need to spend $2700.Surprised at how many good reviews they have with this type of THIEF MENTALITY.I do NOT recommend Randall's Tire Pros to anyone.The estimate is full of extra random charges hidden under a standard phrase throughout the entire thing.

I am fully satisfied with my services through Randall’s. I bring all my vehicles here. They are ethical, reasonably priced, and they work hard and fast to diagnose and solve mechanical issues. I won’t be going anywhere else. A+++ service. If you’re looking for a place that is not going to create more issues than you came in to be solved Randalls is the place. Inspections, oil changes, tire rotations and all. I have been to many dealerships which left a bad taste in my mouth. This place is by far superior. Thank you Randall and staff. Very grateful for these workers at Randalls. They squeezed me in and got the work I needed done before a bug holiday. They were polite and so chill. I loved their energy and their support. I absolutely needed help and they gave me exactly what was needed. I will be returning and referring others.

I had taken my car to the dealership at Flow Motors GMC. Told them my issue they returned my car said it was okay, charged me $300+ but didn't fix the problem. Randall's fix it in one day. Excellent service and friendly. Made me a believer.
