I had a drug test scheduled for an employment and waited for 2.5 hrs. I had to walk out. I asked for some water to drink and was told that they only issue water if I fail to produce urine. Poor and confusing reception. Will not be coming back.

Did a employer drug test and they sent someone else’s drug test to them instead of mine and they are not helping the situation I’m so disgusted with the professionalism of this place it’s unbelievable I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve have taken alot of drug test in the past ?

I came as a walk-in with an order from my doctor. The kiosk check-in without a person there was extremely alienating and confusing. It made me take an appointment that was over an hour away even though there was only one other person ahead of me. When the phlebotomist came out she cleared up that she would be able to take me in right away, but meanwhile that wasn't at all clear on the machine and I would have walked out if she hadn"t open the door for the other person so I could ask. Getting the blood drawn was fine after that. But check-in was infuriating and alienating and I can:t imagine what less literate or functional people would do. If this is the future of getting lab work it sucks!

Although I had an appointment, I had to wait just over a hour to be seen. Almost everyone who came in had problems with the check-in kiosk. One worker came in and announced that everyone present in the lobby area waiting for a drug test had to leave, as she was the only one present who could do that test and she was leaving. Only one person was working at the time. The waiting area was packed, and they were grossly understaffed. The worker who did my blood test was kind and did a good job. However, she was on her own with a room full of people who were unhappy about having to wait over an hour, all while listening to a reel on the monitor telling us how wonderful Quest diagnostics was. It kept saying the service was punctual and fast if you made an appointment. Everyone had made an appointment. Not so.

I don’t know how there can be so many bad reviews for this place…
I made an appointment online, parking lot was huge- tons of spots, checking in for my appointment was easy just did it on my phone when I got there and my name popped up on the waiting room screen. There were 3 other people waiting to be called on but I got in before them cause I had an appointment. The phlebotomist was amazing, super chill and listened to my concerns about having a hard time giving blood in the past- he only poked me once and it took no time to take 5 vials.
I would definitely go back to this location if I needed additional blood work done.

Made a last minute appointment for my 5 year old. We didn’t even wait five minutes and she took us to the back The phlebotomist was very gentle with my daughter. My daughter started laughing mid draw cause she said it didn’t hurt.

Honestly the worst place ever to go got here at 10:00am and it’s now 1:48pm just a drug test , room cleared out twice and never called me back , had to sign in 3 times just to get my name on the screen will never come back here.

2 1/2 hour wait. Had to end up leaving. Only 4 people ahead of me when i checked in. 1 person working every time i come. Each person took AT LEAST 25 min. By the time she was done, another appointment came in. These folks couldn’t possibly care less about your time. If you got time to waste… come on in. If i could give less than 1 star i would.
