Excellent service from Eric. He helped us find piece that fit beautifully. Brian and George who delivered the large heavy piece were on time, careful with our home when placing a very large piece and great to work with. Very nice group to work with. Great service.

Had a great experience with Abigail and the entire Priba team. No one was hard sell, everyone helped to provide information and answer our questions. We bought 2 Fjords recliners at significant $$ savings and a very unique end table, also at a very reasonable price. The hour+ drive to/from Priba was absolutely worth it.They also pointed us to Black Powder BBQ - very delicious, putting a review there next!

I ordered a desk for my home office and was told it was in stock and would be delivered before Thanksgiving. The Friday before Thanksgiving a received a letter telling me it would not be delivered until 3/15/15. I called and was told they found one in High Point. I went to High point and meant the sales person to pick the desk up only to find out it was the wrong desk. The desk also had some damage on the top. I asked her how much she would sell me that desk for and she quoted me higher than the new desk I ordered. This was not a good experience at all. I have purchased my last piece of furniture from Priba Furniture. Bad service is not what I expected from them. Go to Furniture Land South. The always make sure the customer is satisfied.PS. BE PREPARED FOR THE SALES PERSON TO CALL YOU AND GIVE YOU HELL ONCE THEY READ YOUR REVIEW....WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had such a wonderful shopping and overall customer experience with Priba. The sales people were friendly and helpful in the store. They worked to find the color and style we wanted and found it in our agreed upon price range. The store support was attentive and clear with all communication. They were great about following up on our order and scheduling our delivery. The delivery team was friendly and professional. They took the time to be attentive to details, and made sure I was happy with the furniture set up and arrangement. I would shop there again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

He even came out to our house to make sure everything fit. For a furniture store it had a varied array of products, if you want to deal with a smaller store vs furniture south you will be happier, not so overloaded with selections to blind you to choices, they could use more help but they weren’t that busy so they could spend time with you if needed, it helps if you do your home work with any of these stores so you know your options.
