I walked into the Greensboro branch and I was immediately greeted with a smile and a Can I hep you. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Loved every minute of it.

I have been with Skyla credit union for the past 5 years. it used to be called charlotte metro and was a pretty decent bank with nice customer service but since the merge everything changed. The customer service side is still somewhat nice but their security and remediation method is deplorable. i have 3 transactions in the past 2 months, 2 i did not recognize and the other was a scammer who got the best of me. I have yet been refunded for all 3 transactions and when you call them to complain they keep giving you the same excuse that the process is taking longer than usual. all 3 transaction equivalent to a total of $700 which is a lot for someone who doesn't make a lot of money to start with. In addition to that, their zelle service SUCKS. you have a limit on how much you can send a day, what if you need to pay your bill and it is on a deadline??\nThe only positive thing is their branch here in charlotte have really nice customer service but overall bad experience with them and would not suggest

Skylar credit union provides a professional and friendly company, the tellers are always very helpful and if they cannot help you they will find someone who can help. Each time I go in I am out in no time, I'd recommend Skylar credit union to my family without hesitation.

Everytime you turn around my account is locked on the mobile app. Something ain't right. Doing too much and Premier Federal Credit Union use to answer the phone all the time. Then change to Charlotte Metro they'll answer in a little while. To Skylar Credit Union no answer at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it's straight crooks working the building now...Too much fishy stuff going on. I think the part that I hated the most was how they switched the company name two different times less then 2 years. Then taking money from me everytime I swiped my card.

First of all. I’m absolutely losing confidence in this bank. They’ve changed names twice in less than 3 yrs, which is NOT normal. They lost one of my bank accounts. Then were unable/ unwilling to locate my account. At any rate, the fact that they don’t even take the time to make proper copies is appalling. I run a Clinical Lab nearby and we DEFINITELY would be seen as less credible if we put results on this type of poorly copied paper. Anywhooo issa NO for me. I’ll probably be moving my accounts.
