Staff is really nice here, machines vary in quality but it's all just wear and tear. Regularly cleaned and vacuumed, the place is solid

Long story short, my account was supposed to be cancelled twice but was frozen instead just because the manager is careless. I called back in Nov/2023 to ask why I was charged although my membership was supposed to be canceled! The manager admitted that it was supposed to be cancelled and refunded me.
6 months later, I was charged AGAIN and called him back to discover that he froze my account AGAIN for medical reasons!! He refused to refund me this time (although he previously admitted that my membership should have been cancelled). On the top of that, he hang-up on me at the end of the call and when I called him back to ask why he did that, he denied it AGAIN.
A message for the manager (he said his name was EZ or something): Hold yourself accountable for the actions you make instead of denying them like little kids!
