If you think storage places are all the same and that price is the only difference, you are mistaken. I was blown away by the good humor, patience, and cheerful, efficient interactions I had with the folks I spoke with both when we were looking for a good facility and when we stopped renting there bcs we moved away.
The grounds were always in good order and the unit was dry, pest-free and secure. We (two women of a certain age) never felt unsafe or that our belongings were in danger. Access was always easy and the both the set up and, 18 months later, ending the rental were smooth, friendly and quick. Absolutely recommend to anyone needing storage!

Phil’s was great to work with and the unit has two sided entrance which makes it easy to get to your things.

We drove 2 hours almost to clean out an auctioned unit. Once arriving the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Once we got to our unit we noticed the lock had already been cut off and our unit was rummaged through. Most of the items in the pictures were stolen!!! The experience was very unprofessional I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company. I did however get my money back still waiting on the buyer's fee.

Highest rating ever! Emily helped us get our Penske truck set up and made it incredibly easy to check out. We had an issue with our car not fitting on the trailer and she called customer service for us to get the cost removed immediately. Absolutely incredible service, much more affordable over uhaul, and cleanest truck I’ve ever rented! Best best best.

It was only days before I had to move and I was very stressed because all the storage units around me were full. I was so grateful they had a space open last minute with such a reasonable price and a friendly staff! The storage unit was clean and I was able to get my things out for college with no bugs or pest problems. They’ve helped my moving experience become way less stressfully. If you need to a storage I recommend them!

It's affordable and the customer service is great. The friendly call reminders if anything goes wrong or payment issues are super nice. Not to mention the people themselves are super nice. The lady that works in the office has helped me so much here and there I would recommend this storage facility anytime!

This review is long overdue. It was an actual pleasure to safely house my business belongings with Phil's Storage. The staff has been the most amazing group of people I have ever worked with. Their patience during the pandemic has been heaven sent and I will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness.
