Stopped in as was in the area. Clean store and staff was friendly. I felt most items were definitely overpriced. So I just browsed and then left.

Second time going to get my mom's dog groomed. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It's really easy to set up an appointment. When you arrive you tell them what services you want and you just drop off your pup and they text you when they're ready to be picked up. Definitely recommend. (Pictures are from the first time i took him)

Just visited for my first time. Neat and convenient location! Everything was perfect but I will say it was a little on the humid side in there today and I say this because there’s one cat residing for adoption. She was as sweet as can be apparently she wondered up on the property so now they are fostering her. Someone please adopt Loretta into their loving home omg she will melt your heart I wish I could take her in so bad!

We were new to the area & in need of what would ordinarily be a routine grooming. But our 9 yr old rescue Chi is far from ordinary & requires special attention and patience. I took him to Petsense & Catherine was amazing! My dog rarely cooperates but he was "almost" a gentleman with Catherine. Catherine has the patience and caring nature that my Oliver needs. Thank you so much Catherine for always taking good care of our Ollie !

Called to have my dogs nails trimmed. Took him over there and was told they had to call my vet before they could do it. The lady at the grooming counter was the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with.

Dont get your dog groomed here. My dog is extremely well behaved and he makes it very easy to understand what he needs. The lady who groomed him was very bleak and it was my first time coming to get my dog bathed and his nails trimmed. My dog was basically desperately dragging me out of the store when i picked him up which was odd. He is very well behaved and mannered so this was not normal upon getting home he has been peeing all over the floor and any time I make a loud noise or move too fast he is running away from me and scared... if I approach him slowly he just wants to put his head in my chest and be held, I am not happy with how I believe my dog was treated here!! The woman who groomed my dog was Catherine Leigh Decarolis, I wish I had an explanation for what happened exactly with my dog.. :/

I have not been there to have my dog groomed. According to reviews, they must do a great job. I have tried to schedule but the only option is Tuesdays when the groomer is there. Not much to go on. Limited grooming info on website. Young lady on the phone was lovely. I have no problem with waiting. My option was 1 day a week on Tuesdays. That will not work for my schedule. Maybe they are in transition?

I went here because my usual dog food was out of stock at my usual place and online. I called to see if they had any and they had one bag left and offered to pull it aside for me and have it ready at the counter. I really appreciated that. They have a rewards system with dog food that after your 10th bag you get one free- that's nice!
