Once you can find help .they do a good job .some of the employees are a little to opinuated about what your purchasing but others have been right on .no biggie I will still go there .

Normally, I’m very happy with service, but I am not happy with how my dog came back from the groomers this She stinks as if she was not washed properly. I said I did not want my dog to wait in a kennel. I was completely ignored. My poor baby. Had to wait for God knows how long no one ever called. My baby smells horribly and she was hyperventilating when I got her I am extremely disappointed with Petco if you care about your dog, take them somewhere else to be groomed or do it yourself I have a witness who had heard me tell them I did not want my dog to wait in a kennel I do not kennel, my dog you wouldn’t kennel your child extremely sad about this experience

Went in excited to get my 5month old puppy’s first grooming and will never return. Walking in all the ladies working in grooming were very rude and agitated with eachother and treated me no better, and the lady that was doing the actual grooming was coughing terribly in a dogs face. This same lady came up front and took a look at my dog and acted like as if he was too much work (mind you he’s a 5month old yorkie with short hair). The whole 10 minutes I was in there was very unprofessional and shocking, I would never feel comfortable leaving my dog in this facility full of staff with mood issues and workers who come in sick.
