DO NOT COME HERE!!This was one of my worst experiences at a nail salon, especially on this side of town.I came into the salon and politely asked for a pedicure and the water to be hot. After signing in, I was directed to sit in the first chair. The foot tub was filled with lukewarm water, and when I asked if she could make the water hot, the young lady came from the back with a pitcher of hot water and poured it into the tub of lukewarm water. She did not greet me or introduce herself but gestured for me to move my feet as she poured hot water into the tubI let her know it was still cold. Instead of letting the water out and running warmer water, the girl used the same water pitcher, scooped it out, and dumped it into the tub next to me again, not speaking to me. When it came time for my pedicure, she moved my items with her foot to access her supplies. Then she asks, “How do you want your toes painted?”The pedicure provided was terrible. There was no discussion on how I would like my toes to be shaped or the length. My toenails were cut down and filled to the nail bed, not leaving length for design or the desired shape I wanted.After that, I received a poorly executed manicure that started with a pedicure chair and ended at the nail stand. The hand massage was rushed to the point I had to rub the oil myself. This place is overpriced for the inferior service it provides.I will be going to KATHY NAIL’s, where the staff is welcoming and warm to new customers and doesn't mind providing a quality customer experience. I wasted my money and time.The only saving grace is the young man Cable, who is very kind and polite.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The owners are so kind and personable. Anna is a brilliant nail artist and super quick. Getting an appointment is easy and they are always on time to see you!

Beautiful place with soft music. Took me as a walk in with a mission and had me out, with nails beautifully done, in 30 minutes.

Logan and Anna are the best me and my wife enjoys going there the services is very professional the environment nice and relaxing and very clean .

Down to husband and wife. No walk ins, prices have gone up significantly. Very expensive. Husband doesn't get sling with anyone therefore can't keep employees. He talks about customers. Very unprofessional not worth the money. Have to schedule appointments days/week in advance. More of a hassle than it's worth. They don't work late, no Sunday or Monday, not there early.

I always enjoy getting my nails done here. I go for SNS Manicure and I never leave disappointed. They strive to be personable and flexible. They are also very quick which isn't a bad thing because sometimes you just need to be in and out. Prices are reasonable as well. I definitely recommend and don't plan on switching nail salons any time soon.

My friends recommended that I try this place after going to the same place in the area for years because they highly rated the service, efficiency and overall awesome nail work by the owners so I had to check it out especially only being 5 minutes from downtown right off Battleground next to Gate City Growlers and 1618 midtown. They take walk ins but recommend reservations - I was able to get an appt same day when I called in the morning for later that day. I asked for Anna who is the co-owner with her husband since that's who my friends go to. When I got there, I was impressed with how nice, neat and clean it was! Anna greeted me at the door and they weren't busy at all! I had a gel pedicure and SNS manicure done. Anna was super friendly and kept asking how I liked my nails and toe nails cut/shaped and making sure I was satisfied. She also did a fun fall color with a French tip look since that's the new trend and I love the way it turned out! Anna is known for being able to do awesome designs too and willing to create anything if you show her a picture from what my friends have told me! Not only did she do a fantastic job, she was also extremely efficient and got done in an hour and 15 where it could take up to 2 hours at my old place (even with a reservation, I would still wait sometimes). Very happy with my experience, how accommodating they were and will definitely go back!

Anna did a great job with my Pedicure. Covid procedures being followed. Chairs were cleaned when customers left.
