These apartments are terrible, they don't have any insulation so your power bill is going to be astronomical. The upstairs is going to be sweltering in the summer. The maintenance staff is rude, disrespectful and incompetent. Don't move here unless you have no other choice. They forgot to put smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in my apartment. The remodel is shoddy, this is borderline the projects.
