When I started shopping online with Pacsun I was pleased with their customer service. Bt these past few purchases I have not been happy. It clearly states in their website returns in store are FREE. Bt when you go in the store within your 30days allowed with receipt and/or confirmation order in handy. They try to insult you by refunding for current sale or clearance price & not the original price you paid. If you don't catch it before the complete the refund transaction they don't inform you of the lesser refund being provided. Then they claim the system will only allow them to refund current price which in my case was less than 3x what I paid. Then say you have to return on line for original paid price. Customer service requires you to ONLY chat online for them to tell you to return via mail for a $10 return fee. No thank you. I rather give away to a family member than to give my money to a compythat no longer values their customers. This isn't how I prefer to do business. Not when you want to cheap your customers out of their hard earned money. Taking my business elsewhere. Gave a 1star cause I had to select a star otherwise I would have given Pacsun a zero star. Bad for business. Croocks

Liar and unprofessional tone associate Michael! Was the absolute worst person to deal with today when trying to do a simple return for a online order, that I had receipts for. He tried completing the return, by refunding me an amount lesser than what I paid for. He said bc the items are now on sale, I'm refunded the sale price and not what I actually paid for even though I had receipts. He said the store doesn't adjust the price I paid so that I'm refunded the correct amt.. He then went on to say that I will need to mail the return which comes with a 7.00 return fee per order, in order to be refunded the amt I paid. I'm hoping when my returned items by mail are received I'm credited back my 21.00 in return fees!
When I asked if he was a manager, he said yes however another associate standing next to him kept telling him how she was going to tell on him bc prior to him assisting me on a refund he was helping two teens with a refund that was from 3 mths ago. He was telling the teens on how to manipulate the system/ store policy to get a cash refund instead of a store credit.
Today visit was very unpleasant. I just wanted to do a simple return of a online order to avoid additional fees from if I returned the items back through mail.

Store manager Josh was awesome today!! I hope that’s his name he was the store manager long hair with glasses!! He went above and beyond to assist me with my refund!! Thank you so much.
