I will definitely be donating blood here again. The staff is friendly (Olivia took great care of me during my donation), I felt comfortable, and they have plenty of snacks and drinks for afterwards.

Great place to donate blood. It's clean and efficiently run, and they treat blood donors well. The snack area is clean and well stocked, and the blood donor chairs are spread out and comfortable. The OneBlood website is easy to use for making appointments and tracking your donation history.

Just donated blood at OneBlood in Greensboro, and it was delightful. Crystal, Zachary, and Adrienne were all super nice, the facilities were spotless and comfortable, and the cantina was stocked with tasty treats. Highly recommend them!

Because of the great service (Adrienne and Crystal) I received at the Greensboro donation center, I have become a new regular donor! I went in as a first-time donor for a whole blood donation a few weeks ago. The staff at One Blood Greensboro could have easily let me go through with my whole blood donation, but upon learning my blood type, Adrienne took the extra time to educate me about why I should consider donating platelets instead. I did not donate whole blood that day but instead made an appointment to return for a platelet donation. I plan to donate every two weeks now! I am embarrassed to say that I had no idea how much platelets are needed or that I could provide this donation. I truly appreciate the caring staff at the Greensboro location. They go above and beyond the requirements of their jobs!

I’m a former blood bank tech and a long time experienced donor. And I’ll continue to be…just not here! I only wanted to donate and help someone. Sure didn’t expect to get ignored and left in the front hallway for almost 30 minutes (despite making an appointment) while other patients sat helplessly in chairs in various stages of donation. Including one on the pheresis machine who was clearly having a reaction on the that wasn’t well handled.Every phlebotomist and MA in there made eye contact with me, but didn’t say anything. Like, an “I’m sorry, we’re super busy. Be right with you” would do. Nope. When I tried to speak and see what was going on I got yelled at publicly in front of at least 7 other donors who all looked as miserable as me!I don’t want to be a Karen and demand a manager, or just assume that this was all due to incompetence, but it looked really bad. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, or if they overbooked, or if they’re under qualified. But this was a train wreck and eventually I gave up and left after waiting in the front door, unchecked in and watching the chaos unfold.I’d be wary of coming here, there are plenty of other places to give your whole blood to. And be super wary of donating plasma, platelets or double red cells. If there is no RN/BSN to handle citrate reactions or other complications with pheresis, and it sure didn’t look like there was one, this could go badly for someone.

Cool Technology, but terrible nursing and logstics skills. I have dontaned blood dozens of times and never had an adverse reaction. This time I became violnetly ill. I waited over 20 days to get my test results, then tried to contact oneblood customer care. They informed me that I was ineligible because of a blood transfuion and my blood had been discardedThey have refused to give me further details. This leads me to one of two conclusions1) They obtained the wrong persons medical records and attached it to mine, in violation of HIPPA2) A paperwork error at the donation site where my blood was taged as unsafe, rather than the truly unsafe unit which has made its way into the blood supply.Either way, I have contacted oneblood multiple times to get this resolved, however the only response has been a voice mail with an incorrect phone number. When donors donate blood, we enter into an agreement, that there will be transparancy about how our blood is used, and many medical tests will be performed on the blood.Although oneblood has lawyers and would argue that this is not the case, and that they have no obligation to their donors, their marketing material implies this agreement.

Crystal and Adriene were helpful and efficient. 7 minutes from needle stick to completed donation. I have donated at remote sites but this was my first time at the center. Nice facility.

This is a fantastic place to help others with a blood donation. It’s a quick in and out but very professional and the only place I’ve been where they get my vein the first time painlessly. Shout out to Adrienne!

I’ve been giving blood regularly since high school (many years ago!) and I’ve never enjoyed it as much as I do at One Blood! Super kind and thoughtful staff, rarely any wait time with my scheduled appointments and no finger sticking - best thing ever! They use a machine instead to read hemoglobin and it’s amazing!
