“We’ve used GCC laser machines for the past 15 years, and being on the West Coast, we usually contacted GCC directly for parts and service. In the last few years, we started buying parts from Jorlink because it’s the only website with GCC parts listed clearly and in detail.
This month, we decided to book a remote session with Jorlink for the first time, and we were extremely happy with the service. Mackenzie and the team were very responsive and provided helpful information before the session. During the session, Mackenzie was patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through every issue. For the first time, we were able to fix two Spirit machines.
We still have three more machines that need attention, and we can’t wait to have all five running in our shop.

“I arrived here around 2pm on a Monday afternoon to get some ink for my printer. I was greeted by a staff person who was walking by as I was looking at some items in the front. She was very friendly. To be honest, I got so upset with myself when I saw all the office furniture they had as I browsed. I paid a bunch of money getting furniture from a furniture store and it was much cheaper and nicer stuff here. After I found the ink I needed, I proceeded to checkout as I needed to pick up my son from school. Nikolas was cashier. The price of the ink was a few dollars more ($83.99$ than the online price of $78.99. Fortunately, they price matched, which was a simple and easy process.”
