Worst Office Depot EVER!!! I sent an email three days ago around 10 AM. Called around 6PM to verify that they got it. I was told that they were too busy to check and to also give me an estimate. The representative then told me that I would have to come in to get an estimate. I went in the next morning to get the estimate and to have it printed only for them to tell me that I would have to wait until 6 PM possibly to get my print 6 PM rolled around and I never received the email to say that my print was done. I went this morning to see if my print was done only to have the print in the wrong size and to be told that they cannot print anything that big in store. This has been a three day process and I have a project that had to be done by end of day today. Ask for my refund and asked if the refund could be in cash for the inconvenience so that I could go to another place to get my print. Was told that they cannot refund me any other way, but the way I paid. I was not upset about this I understand. But the issue for me is, there was no form of apology no type of way to try to rectify my issue, just slid me My refund receipt and sent me on my way. This was not a great customer service experience being that they inconvenienced me for not one, not two, but three days! I will never use this Office Depot again!

Great customer service from Aaron and Stephen. Aaron went over and beyond to get me great customer service, great attitude and great smile. I been to other locations but the New Garden is the best. Clean and easy to find items.

It's changed. Nothing like the old store. Print shop offers little. Print and go. Buy every little thing you need. Not going back

Worse Office Depot in town! Very poor customer service. Management is lazy and incompetent. The print department is total a waste. The associates don’t know how to navigate through the company system to print SIMPLE Files. I literally stood waiting for 20 minutes to have some files printed off just to be told they can’t print. Print jobs are OVERPRICED and again the overall experience is negative and poor. I will be calling corporate!

Understaffed, and I was told so by an employee. Another employee commented that she kept having to "put out fires" and would like to return to what she was originally doing. Not very professional. Hire more staff at this location, please.

I bought a new laser printer and high-yield toner cartridge set today. The staff at the store were friendly, proficient, and efficient. The website screwed me by shipping my toner, arriving in seven days, instead of letting me pick it with the printer.
