This store has terrible customer service. No one in the store is walking around trying to assist customers. I had to take a picture of the chair that I wanted to purchase when I told the guy who was a supervisor at the register the chair I wanted he said the SKU #…. he said the picture I took is not for the color I want to order. He asked me to go take another picture. My response was you want the customer to walk to the back of the store and take a picture of something I’m trying to purchase from you. He stormed away, went and took the picture and came back and said the reason why was he’s not supposed to leave the register. Make it make sense. Call somebody on your radio that is not my job you work here not me!!
then the lady rolled the chair to the front, and I realize it’s the box is just too large for my vehicle so I couldn’t take it. She had the biggest attitude and rolled it away.
