My 3 Scottish Terriers receive excellent care from Dr Parsons and her associates. Appointments are easy to schedule or re-schedule. Front Desk Staff is AWESOME! Easy to reccomend this Practice, and Dr Parsons.

I recently switched two of my pets to North Elm Animal Hospital (with three more cats to come), and I couldn't be more pleased with the doctors and staff at the facility. Everyone is caring and professional, and everyone went out of their way to make the visit stress-free and positive for my rescue dog, despite her anxiety and fears. Thank you all, and I'm very happy with my decision to switch to North Elm Animal Hospital.

We have been using this vet for about 7 years and they are always very rude and INCREDIBLY overpriced. Now I am losing confidence in their ability to diagnose our animals. They will try to guilt you into expensive tests and treatments that are absolutely unnecessary. Their default when issuing a prescription is to hand you their pills (which is about 5x the cost of getting it filled elsewhere) instead of writing a prescription. “Exspecially” avoid DR. Klein. Because that is the way she pronounces the word especially. She seems very inexperienced and untrustworthy. This vet cares more about the cash grab than helping animals. We will be finding a new vet after this last visit.
