When receiving the unit I was first taken by the looks of the Pod! Loved the 1001 dalmatians on the pod, but then I Love my animals!! It was very clean and neat. The Lock on the door was very Heavy and Security locked! Very Impressed. The Driver of the truck was very Professional and did an Excellent Delivery. Very Nice and a willingness to make sure it was in excellent condition and level. A BIG THANK YOU TO Danny. Spoke with Danny several times and he reached out to my Insurance company for rental storage payments. I was relieved of this concerns. Danny being very Professional skilled made this adventure very easy and stress free. When picking up the Pod it was handled in a great manner. Thank You, Mobile On The Spot for being a part of my life and to Danny and the Employees Staff. Believe it or not I miss the big dog on the Spot sitting out in my drive. I have used mobile on the spot for my last two moves. The first time in 2017 for a pick-up and drop-off. What impressed me most was the timeliness. The unit was dropped off and picked up during the specified days and timeframe quoted. Even with multiple schedule changes. The second thing was the affordability. Hands down the best value for the level of service. So, when I had to move in 2021, I did not hesitate to call mobile on the spot again. This time, adding long term storage at their facilities to the order. My household goods were kept secure for almost a year. Upon delivery inspection, there was minimal shift and items were intact and absolutely NO damage. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.

Your delivery driver, Sam - miracle worker, called and was here at 9:15am this morning!!! Talk about precision. We have a very narrow driveway with an overhang! He was awesome. He needs a raise!!! Thank you so much for your extremely capable and wonderful customer service!!!! YOU make a difference.
