Rediscovering MN skincare and makeup products has been life changing for me. Tracy has been so helpful and she is a great resource for me. She always takes the time to answer any questions, make me feel comfortable and she never pushes me to purchase products.
I love the things she has recommended for me, have developed a whole new skincare routine, and I look forward to being a regular at Merle Norman!

Amy worked me in (same day) to have a skin procedure done on my eyelid. I was late due to a traffic jam but she was very understanding and waited for me. During the procedure, she talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. She is a top notch professional! Super nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back to see Amy for any future skincare concerns.

Tracey Comer did a fantastic job on my makeup today! My son graduated from high school tonight so I went into Merle Norman so that I would be “picture ready.” I don’t wear makeup often so she did a natural look and it was perfect for the occasion. It even lasted through the heat of the day and into the evening. I will definitely be returning to see Tracey again!!

Elaine at the battleground location is so thoughtful and joyful. She made my shopping experience wonderful. Her hand written thank you card was the best and most impressive touch that I have seen in a customer service setting. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. Lady did not know what she was doing except trying to get me to spend $182 on a few items. She then didn't listen to what I told her I wanted and sold me the wrong thing. I didn't realize it til the next day when I was going to use my new moisturizers and had face wash. Unreal then she wanted me to drive back out there to exchange it and of course it would be more money.
