I had a tire blowout 40 miles south of Greensboro. On a little country Rd. Mercedes Road side service was great. They arranged the tow service and an uber if needed. The dealership in Greensboro did a great job getting the tire replaced. Everyone was very pleasant.

Super great experience! Matt was the salesman that was helping me, he was incredibly friendly and really was going the extra mile to ensure the pre owned car I was picking up was in pristine condition. Matt has also been checking in making sure everything is all good. If you’re in need of a new vehicle I would definitely recommend especially if you ask for Matt!

Went in Monday and looked at a car and instantly fell in love with it . Matt was there to help us along the way & answered all of our questions. We had a few bumps in the road at no fault to the dealership. Matt constantly stayed in touched and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. This will be my first Mercedes and will definitely not be the last I buy from them. 10/10 recommend dealing with Matt.

Have a car that is half out of warranty with a transmission issue (under warranty on time out on mileage). They want $750 to flush the rear diff (the service tech said it was a common problem). If that doesn't work they want $4000 to replace the rear diff. Took it to another shop and they said there was a problem with the memory in the transmission control unit that is causing this problem (but MB doesn't let outside shops have the software anymore). It's a known issue and there was a service report issued for it (one step below a recall). Contacted MB USA and they committed to contacting the dealership and seeing if there was anything that could be considered since the car is in warranty for time. The dealership replied back they still want the $750 to possibly fix the issue. Why would anyone agree to spend $750 to possibly fix something? Thought if you took it to the dealership these are the experts (especially after paying $175 for them to look at it)!

We have consistently had excellent experiences at this service center. Deborah, and previously Gab, have provided exceptional care for our company’s fleet of six Mercedes S-Class vehicles for nearly two decades. We have tried third-party service centers, but the level of service and professionalism does not compare. We always return to this service center for their unparalleled expertise.

7 months to get the build done. Was 100% worth it. Tony was our sales guy and kept us up to date the entire time and was in and out within an hour with a trade in! Can’t thank the Mercedes team and Tony enough.

If I could give ZERO stars I would? The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I have a 2023 EQS 580 that needed servicing and is covered by Mercedes but because I purchased a Mercedes at another dealership I was told they WOULD not provide me a loaner vehicle. Let be clear even though a loaner car was available and Mercedes provides loaner for vehicles under warranty they wouldn’t provide it because I didn’t not buy a car from their specific location.

Great experience working with George in the Sprinter department to get my van serviced! We plan to use the dealership in future for service and sales. Thanks!

We drove from Virginia to purchase a new GLE 53 from Mercedes Benz of Greensboro and Calvin C. The experience was seamless with no gimmicks. Calvin was excellent to work with and made the long distance purchase easy. Calvin, Mark, and the whole Greensboro team were great. We would definitely buy another Mercedes from them.

Great service, as always. However, always make sure you call ahead for an appointment if you need a loaner car. They are usually really busy when it comes to the service department, so best call early. Be patient.

We called for service on our MB motorhome. George called us right back, got us in, had the sensor and all was covered under warranty. Outstanding service! Our road trip could continue. We are so grateful for reputable diesel garage! Thank you!

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Charlotte location. Charlotte will open your door, greet you, offer you anything you need, provide you accurate times for vehicle pick up and everything. Deborah is great is very considerate, John will not give you attention at all.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I have been trying since December to get the car serviced. Everytime we go there is an excuse of why we aren’t able to receive a rental and this time they told us they can’t even provide us with a shuttle service to our house. Totally unacceptable for the amount of money we pay for a “service charge/ labor” and not the actual parts for the vehicle.

Went in for service, overall went fine and staff seemed welcoming and knowledgable but was dissapointed when my service advisor, Mark Graves, went out of office before handing me back the keys to my car which had been seemingly sitting in the driveway for 30+ minutes. I had to go retrieve the keys and paperwork when getting up on my own to speak with other staff when I noticed others leaving for lunch break and that I was the last one remaining in the waiting room (all before 12pm); otherwise, I think I would have ended up waiting an extra hour or even longer for my service advisor to come back from said break.
