My daughter had some issues with her car. Melvin was able to help her out and get her back rolling. He was able to replace studs and lugnuts on her wheel when they broke off the tire. He was prompt and affordable. I would use him again if needed.Services: Tires

Mel turned an unpleasant circumstance of being stranded into a good experience. He was very honest, kind and even had a cooler of drinks to offer since his clients are usually broken down on the side of the road. Although I hope I won't need his services like that again, I know I have found a good, honest mechanic!

Great customer service! Mel was thorough, trustworthy, and friendly. Diagnosed and fixed my radiator fan problem and got rid of my suspension noise in no time. He's a great guy, definitely would recommend.

Mel was responsive to phone calls and emails. He got a quote to me within a day and answered questions via email. I couldn't answer his questions so he offered to stop by and check out my brakes before he worked on my car. He arrived on time and assessed all my brakes and rotors. He didn't overcharge or try to up sell a product or service. I believe his price was reasonable and I didn't have to sit in a crowded waiting room. Big plus. He has car knowledge and the equipment to repair my car in a minimal amount of time. I thought with it being a foreign car it might be a little involved but he did the repair and I was able to get on with my day.

Great professional service done with my car. Needed brake pad replacements and was part of Mel's service. I found Mel's Mobile Service here on Yelp and was able to get a quote. He was quick and prompt with his replies and was able to get me a very good price for his service. Once here, he was able to ask a few questions and go over what was needed. Quick replacement overall and I highly recommend.

I requested a quote and he didn't respond with a quote but wanted my vin, address, full name and all of this information. After filling out an online estimate I expect a price and not to jump through a bunch of hoops. I contacted three other companies and they all sent me quotes without all of my personal info. As someone who is a little weary of my mechanics I didn't feel assured that his ability as a mechanic would be adequate since he followed up by calling me a "Bully" after I told him I was not happy with his customer service and would write a negative review to warn future inquiring customers that the online quote is much more tedious than expected. That kind of reaction made me question his professionalism enough to go elsewhere.

Not easy to schedule with anymore (even with a week request and did not offer me any other date) but I assumed that would happen with good mechanics that turn unavailable and more expensive, oh well.
