Had an unexpected flat tire this morning (screw in tire). I stopped by the location on Bridford Pkwy unannounced and thankfully got great service along with a quick repair allowing me to get to the office at a responsible time.

I had a good experience buying a set of tires here. They honored my request to remove and replace all lug nuts by hand (and NOT using an air wrench, which is something that ALL consumers should insist upon). They not only honored my request, but the technician readily agreed with me that they should be done by hand. I am pretty certain that this is the ONLY tire shop that has ever actually honored that request.
The balancing done on the tires was good, which is also something that I don't always get from typical tire shops.
I knocked off one star because when I arrived home I noticed that they left off one stem cap, but otherwise it was a good experience.
