Bought a ps4 game. The guy cleaned it and said it was some fingerprints on it; only for us to get it home and put it in and it won't even download. Take the disc out and it's messed up has like water damage or heat damage on it.

Prices are very reasonable I've bought several great titles for the PS2 the first few times coming here. As I come here recently I don't seem to find any new arrivals that hit the shelves just seems like i see the same stuff each time. Guess it's about luck and when stuff comes in and when I go. Also the worker could be friendlier the person that checked me out on my latest visit had no personality didnt say thank you or have a good day and looked mad

Went into the store a little while ago. Interesting place. Seemed little unkempt to be honest. Ok selection but Mccays down the road has a better selection. The guy working there lacked a lot of decency in customer service, as far as being unwelcoming, unhelpful and acted rather apathetic and lazy. He did buff out an old Wii game, but I haven't tested it to see if it worked yet. He could have cared less about that based on his attitude and body language. Probably won't be back. Its quite amazing how easy it is to lose a potential customer when your customer service is poor. Places like this need to care more about that. I feel like you guys can do better than this, if the care to change is there.

Such a great fun games store with amazing prices on Game Boy and DS games. Pokémon games for less than $50 kind of amazing prices. They also fix stuff and are just very kind.

Matt’s game exchange is an excellent store. They have a wide variety of games and accessories. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have a good variety of retro games Their prices are almost always on par with price charting/game eye.

This place has satisfied me every time I come to it. (Once only came twice though) It's the best place and it's much better than trying to look on eBay for a good deal. This place has it. I especially like their retro games. (GameCube Games Specifically)

Good selection of games. Unfortunately trading in stuff is a joke, also they said my switch needed to be repaired and they can’t do it. Left side controller loose. I know I will have better luck at GameStop.

This store is my entire life of gaming in one building! They have everything! From old school to new school. This is the spot for your nostalgia meter to hit 100% for sure! I couldn't believe the massive selection, plus tons of rare games that you will not find anywhere else. If you are a true gamer and have not been here yet, you NEED to come check it out!I brought in a PS3 Slim that was given to me, and I didn't know if it worked. They gladly updated it and it functions perfectly. And...no charge! 5 STARS ALL DAY!Thank you Matt's Game Exchange. You made my day and it was a real trip down memory lane.
