I found a mattress I wanted online. I had a couple of questions regarding delivery so I called our closest store. Alex couldn't have been more helpful. I had planned on buying a lesser mattress from Amazon but after Alex discounted our delivery and haul away, I ordered from Mattress Firm immediately. Fingers crossed that the mattress arrives as promised as I have company coming! So far, so good.

Susan Wilson was very professional...she questioned how I needed to sleep ( on my side) and how many of my Scotties would also be sleeping on the bed with me. She outfitted several types of mattresses and put pillows all around to simulated the pups. We found the perfect mattress for me and my Scotties. I am so happy that Susan Wilson helped me choose the correct mattress. Susan Wilson was extremely caring and professional. Would buy from her again.

We sort of knew what we wanted and Alex helped us find it. Tested a variety of mattresses and settled on Nectar with the upgraded adjustable base. Pretty happy with the process and believe we got a good deal with the Labor Day sale.
