Patrick, the manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated his candor when we originally bought the bed. When an unusual problem arose after a couple of months, he rectified the issue swiftly and very agreeably.

Excellent customer service ! I started out by texting online with Patrick. He politely answered all of my questions. I asked him if I could come look at the mattresses. He said sure come on up. He graciously met me and answered a lot more questions. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. FIVE STARS SERVICE ! ! ! They have a great selection of mattresses also. Patrick can tell you all about them.

It was a great experience. I called earlier in the day and Patrick answered the phone immediately and provided me with the information I needed. Then when I came in after work, Francisco greeted us immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me. When he sensed my hesitation, he asked questions so that he could assist me in the best way possible. He was very helpful and he definitely knew his stuff. He really looked out for me

The thought of mattress shopping...ugh! Right?!! Well, after doing some online price comparisons, I was prepared to spend the whole day store hopping BUT my first stop was also my last LAST stop!! Mattress Firm not only had great deals but amazing customer service!! Patrick is awesome! He doesn't rush or put any pressure on you while you're looking around the store. He was very informative, kind and knew when to give my husband and I space/time to talk options! All around, a stress free experience which I definitely did not expect! Patrick helped us in purchasing our mattress today and gave us excellent service! He was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at. He asked us very good questions about what we wanted and answered all of our questions well to get us to the mattress that was just right for us.
