Every other company I spoke with gave me horrible prices and said they needed unnecessary information, however working with Geico has been amazing. It lifted a little weight off my shoulders. They got straight to the point and gave me an amazing price while also reassuring me about everything and working with what I have going on in my environment.They really work wonders.

Will not take any responsibility for their mistake. Waiting on the phone for 45+ minutes to correct the problem. I have been going back and forth with them all day. I’m addition to trying to make me pay for their mistake by doubling my payment. I recommend that you select another insurance company to void the insanity!

Great insurance company, great rates! I was very happy with Geico. I would like to remind everyone to shop around every time your term is getting ready to expire... I've switched to a competitor to save money. This happens every 6 months or so. The insurance company I'm with can't/won't match their competitor, so I switch and save money while keeping my same benefits/deductibles. It's sad to have to do this but it's the game they set up, so it's the game I have to play. I do highly recommend Geico, though; I'm sure I'll be back.

Worst insurance office I’ve been to. Walked in looking to get info about a new policy that I needed, there were 3 agents. One of them was a male on the phone who never acknowledged that a new customer had walked in, the other 2 were females staring at a computer monitor who plainly ignored me and when I asked if any of them was available to help me out one of them answered with a very distasteful attitude. Needless to say, I walked out of the office and took my business to a different insurance carrier.

I left Geico after 15 years because of shady practices with rate increases and money grabs. I check my rates every 6 months as a matter of practice and after 2 years Geico finally came back into making since as a provider. So I jumped back into business with them again, and almost immediately regret the decision. My eldest child is looking to upgrade their learner's permit to a level 2 license and we need this DL-123 liability insurance form (NC required). So I called them up to get a copy proving I have liability and they immediately said I need to upgrade my policy to cover my teen before they can issue the document. And they state that their "interpretation" is required by state law. Funny thing is, All-State did this without any additional adjustments at all until the "driver" attained the new license. Now this may seem as a small thing, but again Geico is doing an instant grab for money, when there is no guarantee that my kid will actually get the license or if they do, keep Geico as the insured for a future vehicle. All I know is that as soon as this is over, so is my relationship with Geico.

I want to share that my latest experience with GEICO and representative Akeia, was professional and understanding of my circumstances, Akeia showed sympathy and encouragement for my personal situation right now, and up with the best manageable option for the next 6 months. High Mark's for Akeia. And I'm very pleased with GEICO. Highly recommend GEICO, I'd you're undecided.
