If I COULD I WILL GIVE THEM ZERO stars. I requested a quote on a commercial side for a box truck, a single box truck coverage. no questions were asked by Nancy Oschell, no details, a terrible attitude and that I could not a get a quote till the middle of next week, meaning 5 business days for a quote?????? I asked why, and the answer was-"well that is the way we do it"...like if we were brainless dogs that do not deserve a "reasonable" explanation for such a delay on services. I had already called today 2 other insurance companies and I was able to get quotes after interview in a matter of 30 minutes...Unfortunately, no help for the small business, this people represents only the big DOGS, I guess...

Terrible customer service beginning with agent. Agents don't listen to what you need and as a consumer you need to trust that your agent has your best interest. This is not the case when it come time to need the insurance "sorry you don't have that, but we can add it." And no calls from agent when you do need assistance with a claim, they just let you figure it out on your own. BEWARE
