Just walked out of the store. I am a long time customer of madewell and I am super disappointed. I was greeted but that was it. I had to start my own dressing room while one of the associates was spread out over the jeans glued to her phone. No "do you need help?" or anything. I will stick to online.

Cute current fashion for women of all ages. They have a great selection of jeans, tops, pants, skirts, dresses, sweaters, jackets, jewelry, accessories and shoes. One stop shopping with a friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite stores at Friendly Center.

They have no Men's section, and a smaller jeans selection. But they have cute tops, shorts, dresses, and accessories here! The staff are very friendly and honest, and went out of their way to help us. Be sure to pick up a cleanout kit for the pre-loved items collecting dust in your closet!
