I absolutely loved coming in and getting my eye makeup done by Jamie S. Not only was the application flawless, but Jamie’s warm personality made the experience 10X better. I have been to this location a few times and each time I have had a very positive experience with the employees. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

Been a Mac customer for YEARS. Had my makeup done which took about 3 hours, bought about $300 worth of products....got home and it was too dark in regular light, and not what I wanted. Got that feedback from everyone—including 2 other Mac artists when I went back another day to exchange colors. Returned about $200 worth of UNUSED, UNOPENED product and was treated like I was trying to scam the system—guess my name is on a “list” despite keeping $100 of product. I don’t appreciate being suspected of being a criminal because I returned overpriced products. Have half a mind to return the products I DID keep purely out of spite. Avoid this Mac at ALL costs.

I got my makeup done today by V and I absolutely loved it! She made sure I felt 100% confident in everything I had on before I left and made me feel super comfortable. Definitely recommend going to see her or Emilio if you want your makeup to look straight out of a magazine! Can't wait to come back.

worst Mac counter I've ever been to, won't be back! The lady working that day VERY rude, did not know anything about any of the product. Just overall dissatisfied with the customer service at this location

Today is Saturday, December 3rd, 2016. I love MAC and have been using it for 15 years but this location has continued to disappoint me. I just left there looking for makeup and the woman working there were talking about me right behind me....saying that I was swatching this holiday eyeshadow in a box. Than one came to me and asked me if I was swatching them? I told her no and that I was looking at what color the holiday eyeshadow was. She continued to talk to me as if I was. Very rude and not professional-why would I be sampling make up that someone is going to purchase? I left and won't be back to this location.

I love MAC, but during the holidays they did not have enough associates working. I received the wrong color of foundation, paid with cash and lost the receipt, so there was no way of returning it. I was pretty bummed about it, being that it's not cheap.

I cannot say enough about these ladies here at Mac. There so outgoing and so helpful. Can I just say I love the set up here. So many mirrors so many chairs so many booths. It's perfect. These ladies can multitask with other customers/clients without feeling left out. The ladies at MAC let you try on products until you are confident in what you are purchasing. They also help customize products to your skin tone. Definitely going back. I purchased The mineralized eyeshadow quad (Great beyond), Studio conceal and correct (pale yellow/pale pink), 217 blending brush, Pro Pallet eyeshadow x4 ( mix n match my colors).
