Used to take my dog here all the time but lately they have been slacking fr.. kinda unfortunate honestly bc they were great!! Ive had issues here and there with some of my late pets that i used to bring here as-well. Really some interesting incidents honestly (ive been coming here for about 5 years now). Some Staff members give off terrible attitudes and act like they don't care about your pets.. (i only say some because there are like 4 that are very sweet and actually consider your pets) thats enough to not want to take ur pet lol. you would think they would try harder considering they work here i figured id try them one more time but I just got off the phone with a staff member named Abby. I called to see if i could get a reservation for my dog but got the nastiest attitude instead, almost as if it was a bother for her to do her job.. gross. Found different arrangements and maybe you should too if your reading this :)

Our babies always stay here when we go out of town and they can’t come with. The staff is friendly, our babies are happy when we return, and they’re well taken care of.

I chose this place after reading numerous positive reviews (I hoped the couple negative were exaggerations) and the convenient location. We boarded our dog the week of Thanksgiving. We were told there were no problems, besides him using his nose to try to break out… “kennel nose” though we were not told how bad it was though, just that it was “a little raw” not completely scabbed over. All of his toys were covered in blood, and his bed was too as they were washing it when we arrived and we had to buy a new one. When we picked Bleu up it was obvious that he had lost a significant amount of weight to the point where his harness was hanging off of him. I know his anxiety can get the best of him, but just about all the food we gave them was gone so I don’t understand where it all went, but I just wish we were told he wasn’t eating cause we would’ve enticed him with treats. My #1 issue, is that a couple weeks after his stay he began coughing. Bleu ended up being in the ER vet twice over the course of the holidays and was to be hospitalized to start an aggressive treatment of the infection. Bleu is never around any other dogs, and he’s never been sick so the timing is not a coincidence. I rated 1 star simply for the 2 women who absolutely adored our dog, called him by his nickname, and made it clear they gave him love while we were gone. We will never board our dog again, not just at Lucky’s but ANYWHERE.

We love Lucky's! I've boarded my dog at several different local places and Lucky's is the only place she's gone where she doesn't get separation anxiety. They obviously take very good care of her! I had her groomed there during her recent stay as well and they did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Lucky's to care for your fur baby!

Update 12/10/23:I was told I was able to pick up my cat between 12p and 5p. I showed up at 1:15p. There were 3 people behind the front desk. NOONE greeted me or asked any questions, and one lady even got up and went to the back when I tried to get her attention, without even saying a word to me. When one of the ladies finally acknowledged me (after 5 minutes of me standing there in the dark, no lights were on in the lobby), she informed me that the "front desk person" would not be in till 1:30pm or 2:00pm. So I had to go out and wait in the car for a 4th employee to show up so I could pick up my cat. This place needs help like no other. ?

If there is a pet resort more trustworthy than Luckys, it has to be in HEAVEN. My review won’t fully articulate my gratitude for the owner Kristie and staff taking PHENOMENAL care of my dog, Tuesday. We had to go out of the country for 2 months. Sadly we could not bring our dog. Kristie went above and beyond to communicate with me via what’s app. When Tuesday got kidney stones, Kristie took care of Tuesday like she was her OWN! The doctors were saying I needed to pay $1300 plus for surgery. Kristie advised me to wait and she tried a particular diet on Tuesday. Problem solved!! I took her back to the doctor and the stones were gone!! I have never had to leave my dog so long, but had no choice. Kristie and her staff totally took my guilt away when I saw how wonderfully she was being cared for. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

They had availability for a weekend when I called on a Tuesday. Smelled clean in the office entry and very well kept. Cute design. Did find a couple of freeloaders in our pup’s fur on the way home although they did appear to be dying. Staff was very friendly

We are so pleased with our puppy’s progress so for in his on and off lease obedience training. Seeing respond to his trainer it’s like day and night. We look forward to seeing his advances in the future.
