The usual Lowe's experience the only thing that makes things difficult is when they have those ladders back in the tool section if you need to get more than a couple of things back there

I know the location of most of the items I need/want, which is good as the store is normally void of emplyees. The store is clean, and most merchandise is on hand; customers tend to put items back where they're standing, which means digging through several bins to find some items

Sorry , yes, a ( 3) for my favorite store. Service is horrible . No help to be found . Associates hard to find with knowledge of your needs. Takes forever to get qualified help. What's with the small weak bags? If one makes many purchases, you get a thousand bags????. Can't you invest in some large quality bags? Hey! it's the holiday season. Not to mention staff in positions that just don't know procedures or protocol . ( on deliveries) OK, Lowes, let's get it together!!!!

I will first note that Store Manager Damion was the best part of my crappy experience there. He's the only that gives a damn about customers. I sent this to their corporate office. Avoid this store like the plague.
I selected curbside pickup. Waited in my spot for over 5 minutes. Went in and there's 3 young girls just starring into space. I go to the pickup counter, and one comes over. I said I've been waiting 5 minutes for someone to bring me my order. She goes to scans it sits it on the corner. I then I ask her can I have a cart, I was told we don't have one you'll need to go to lumber. This immediately pissed me off. So, I asked to speak to a manager. He comes out listens to what I had to say and said they will help you and disappears. I then ask if one of these associates going to help me out to the car. I then get a response of only one person even though the other two are doing nothing behind the counter. I then again ask for a manager and the only one that helped and cared i believe he was a store manager associate Damion. He actually came out to my car help me load it when no one else cared to and offered me a store discount through him next time i visit the store. You need to promote Damion to head store manager the white guy manager there cares about as much as his employees do which is none at all. I'm probably going to be canceling my Lowes credit card and not bothering with your stores ever again. Completely inexcusable. I hope they are terminated or fired. I'm sure they treat other customers in this same manner.

If this store wants to provide a better experience for its customers, there’s definitely room for improvement. I stopped by needing a piece of wood cut and ended up waiting 15 minutes. Three different employees told me someone was on their way, but ultimately, it turned out the person who could help was on a lunch break. Considering the size of this location, I was surprised they didn’t have more staff available to assist.
Later, I needed paint mixed, which added another 15-minute wait. Despite being near the customer service desk and asking for help, I was reassured someone would be over in “one minute.” Instead of addressing the issue, the employee turned off the alert for assistance. It felt like a lot of employees were standing around without taking action to help customers.
What should have been a quick 30-minute visit turned into an hour-long inconvenience. For a store of this size, I’d suggest reevaluating staffing levels and ensuring there are enough team members available to meet customer needs. If long waits and inefficiencies are going to be the norm, perhaps hiring more staff would be a better solution.
Honestly, it might be worth the extra drive to another Lowe’s location where the experience may be smoother and less frustrating. I hope this location can address these challenges because customer service should always be a priority.

Rude untrained staff with absolutely no customer service skills. the staff fluctuates from hostile to indifference. Most of the time they act like the customers are invisible, spending their time talking to each other.

We contracted with Lowe's for a complete renovation. We were looking for a quick and stress-free process with Lowe's handling the project. This is not what we got. Five months into what was supposed to be a 6-8 week project, we were left frustrated and had incurred expenses above and beyond the initial quote. Everything Lowe's promised was subcontracted to multiple contractors, each on a differed timetable. The project was long and infuriating. The subcontractors were fantastic. Dealing with Lowe's was a nightmare.
