Ordered blinds through Lowe's. Brittany at Battleground was very helpful, but the store and company as a whole is a disaster. They couldn't check me out and I had to come back the next day to complete the transaction. Told them I wanted the installer to pick them up instead of delivery to my house. They told me they would be installed around December 15, but then I got an installation confirmation for November 29. I called them to confirm and was assured the earlier date was correct. Today, the installer shows up asking if I have the blinds. Nope-so he heads to Lowe's to get the blinds as I requested. I just got a call that my blinds are not scheduled to be ready until December 19 now and they'll have to reschedule again.It's a disaster. Their lack of communication internally and horrible organization is ridiculous. Use literally any other company.

I had a rather simple issue that wasn't really the stores fault, a bag was left at the register and I didn't notice till we got home. Now the problem began when i got home and quickly realized this but it was too late to make it back to store before they closed. So I attempted to call them, the automated system pretty easily put me through to what I assume was the stores customer service desk. From this point It was about 10Mins of waiting just listening to the phone ring, when Finally the phone was picked up, very obviously by an actual person and slammed down, hanging up on me. Chalking it up to a mistake I attempted to call again, waited another 5+mins only to be received by another hang up, this time it was at least a little more gently, which only goes to prove it was a person and not some sort of automated system or issue with phones. I attempted to call a 3rd time, this time Had I been able to get through to anyone I was going to ask to speak to the manager on duty. Yet again waited with a ringing phone for 5-10mins and was greeted by another hanging up. This is absolutely horrible customer service for an issue that could've been resolved in less time than I waited on the phone ringing. I attempted to get directly to a manager or some higher up customer service through the automated system, but this only sent me to the same number again. From here I tried to look up the Managers info online but wasn't able to find anything definitively that there's. So I used the customer care chat on there website. This time the representative was very nice, but after about 10mins of chatting and giving me all the other store info told me they didn't have the manager's info, and directed me to the generic "customer care email". To which I will write to as well. But all of this was just some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite awhile, and I tend to give places the benefit of the doubt and assume someone is having a bad day or they're short staffed or whatever else. But to hang up repeatedly on a customer who you have left waiting at a ringing phone for that amount of time is quite deplorable and then to hide all your managers info and not be willing to give it out just tells me that they must receive too many complaints for bad customer service and are forced to hide there info. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but Will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

Avia and Tatie provided EXCELLENT customer service assisting me with my Veteran Discount. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I enjoy visiting this location because the rapport and great service that I receive.

I went to Lowe's this weekend to purchase a new stove and refrigerator. I really needed some advice and immediately a sales associate came over to help me. He thoroughly explained the features and helped me narrow down and make a decision. I was so impressed with the guest service and I can't wait to receive my new items via their delivery and installation service. I only gave them 4 stars as it took a long time to enter everything into their slow computer system. That needs some improvement!

I stopped by here around 2pm on a Sunday to get some spray paint to paint some metal bunk beds for my boys. Spray paint was on Aisle 9. I needed some information and Mia provided assistance. She even recommended to get regular paint, which I did. I also got wool brush, paint brush for $25. Mia was extremely helpful and patience! After I check out, I remembered I didn't get a paint stirrer. Apparently, they ran out and didn't have any. So I bought a pack of 30 paint sticks for $2.
