Do not, do not give this company your bank account information. They were supposed to take 52.00 a month for my c pap machine. One time they took over 400.00 out of my account, another time 300.00. I estimate they have taken well over 1,500 out of my account. Again, Please do not give them your bank account info. They are taking money from people. This is criminal and I will be taking action. I will be contacting my doctor and telling all my friends and family to contact theirs and tell them not to send their patients there. This has been going on for 14 months. My machine should be paid for. They are dragging their feet.

The lady that helped me, I think her name was Tracy, maybe, was amazing. She took time with me and took really good care of me and made sure any questions I had, had an answer. I left feeling like I had made a new friend. Product works amazing too. Thanks so much!!

There I was over the weekend and my portable oxygen machine stopped working it broke. I called customer service and they don’t keep those machines on the emergency truck so I kind of was stuck for the weekend at home which was not their fault but I’ll tell you what come Monday morning, they were at my door first thing machine bringing me back up Oxygen. These people are wonderful. The girl Terry that takes your phone call also makes arrangements for you to get your stuff. Whatever you need. She’s amazing. She not only kind and sweet, but she’s completely capable of any job. They would give her there this this company For anything

Tried calling Greensboro office 3 times. I was told 48 minutes wait time, 37 minutes wait time and 40 minutes wait time.
Called Willes borough got answered on 3rd ring
Called Lincare support line waited 10 minutes
No answer.
If you are trying to get is to use portal it is not going to work.
Maybe you are selling out to another company
Whatever the reason for poor response is sad. You expect payment on time. We deserve services on time.
Another company asked us to switch. We said no but now seriously going to contact them.

I called on a Sunday got the answering service which was very helpful. Someone called back and told me to do the same thing the answering service did. Now it is Monday and noone has came out to fix my machine and I am am almost out of my spare tank of air. I have called over 5 times and no answer i keep getting put on hold. No since of being on hold already 25 minutes plus. I am fixing to change oxygen company. And yes I am still on hold right now as a type this. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Lincare supplies the supplies for my daughter's g tube. Every month, I have to call them back to let them know they've left something off of my order. I've even gotten a new order placed for it to not be shipped out when it was supposed to be and had to call back. I was told the generator assumed it was a mistake since we are only allowed a certain number of syringes a month. So the generator took it upon herself to not pack the order. This company literally handles the supplies needed to feed my child and I've had to "make do" on numerous occasions because of their incompetence.

I have excellent service and I highly recommend those reviewing choose Lincare for their services. Adapt care please someone report them and shut them down alone with aero care they came and took my sleep apt machine off my nightstand during a epidemic of the COVID-19. My doctor told me to give it to them and someone is still getting the mask and tubes and Medicare is still paying them. But I caught on reading my report that comes in the mail. They are under investigation. I love Lincare care because they care about my health. They made sure I get clean tubing , mask and everything I need to be able to breathe. I have only one working lung. Areo care and adapt care you will die quickly if you choose them. Don't go to Dr. Sood my former pumunary doctor as far as I know he has my sleep apnea machine. Dr. Sood caught COVID 19 and need that machine. Dr. Sood and adapt care and areo care work together. Go to Lincare David and Melisa are the best . They showed excellent care. They were so concerned that I got all that I needed. David came out and made sure I had more tubing during the Thanksgiving holiday because I love to cook. Thank you Lincare for your exceptional care. Happy New Year to the staff at Lincare.

My oxygen machine went out and it took me 3 days of calling to get it fixed. I finally called the drs office and they had to call them. Because there was no answer at their office in Greensboro, just a machine. I had lost the card of the service man, but when they contacted him he was so nice and came right out. Very grateful for you Dave.

Back in August I tried to rent a car I had the money for cash through my debit and I also had a credit card they were both adequate to rent the car I needed the car to go to New Jersey to be by my son's bedside it was dying I had to go through a unbelievable credit check which I thought was ridiculous because I had the money to rent the car and my credit card was good and my debit card was good and I really felt that I was being discriminated against how in the hell are you going to go to rent a car I've never heard of anything like that in my life my grandchildren can rent a car with no job so I don't know whether it's the place of business on Westgate Boulevard or what but it sucks and I missed being with my son he died without me being there and I'll never forget it and I will never tell anybody to use Budget Rent again or at all it's a damn disgrace

Customer service by phone is a major issue!! Having to be on hold longer than 3 minutes is ridiculous!! 20 minutes & I hung up again!!
