I got my nails done with dip powder on 7/18 for a vacation trip I’m going on soon. By 7/20 6 of them had to be redone because they crumbled at the tips. Mind you, I’m on maternity and currently taking care of an infant and a 1 year old, so I’m not doing much. They redid them for me for free on 7/23 around noon (the quickest I could get back to get them done). They tried to say it was because of the glitter (which I’ve done twice in 2 different colors in the past few months that lasted at least 3 weeks—and that maybe I did it at work— I explained that I wasn’t working at the moment.) I went home, made my kids dinner and watched tv while filling out applications on my phone. By noon on 7/24, 2 of the nails that they redid were crumbling apart. 2 different techs! I don’t know if the product is expired or what but it was a complete waste of money as I don’t even want them to redo them now. I’d rather just go somewhere else. I just wish I could get my money back. This royally sucks.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent experience. My daughter has a full set of acrylics and I had a classic pedicure. Fresh tools used, and sanitized prior to service.

My favorite nail salon in Greensboro! Everyone is friendly and talented. They even take extra care to make sure my six year old daughter gets the nails she wants.

This place used to be really amazing. Ove sent at least a dozen clients here. But, they have turned over staff. Today I came for a pedicure. As they are filing up the basin there is no hot water. They had to heat up water in a coffee pot, to have hot water. The young guy didn't want to scrub all of my calluses. He complained when I said I needed more taken off. My hot stones were not hot. He did go back and get some more. The massage was barely adequate. I'm not sure if I will give them another chance. Paying $45 for a pedicure that doesn't leave you feeling great is not worth it.
