“The place is nice and clean, as the vending machine is cheaper than most places. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I always seem to have bad luck at public laundry places.. By that I mean, whenever I go to do laundry when it’s less people, I always seem to get the weirdo(s) that not only want to do their laundry right beside me, despite so many machines available, but it’s like they follow me, bc they go where I go seconds after me ??♂️But social awareness isn’t common. Especially the less English the person speaks, no offense this are usually the type that seem to not know what personal space boundaries means lol”
“Camping at one of the local campgrounds and needed a place to do laundry. This one was clean and well maintained. It's a full-service laundry mat and there was an attendant that was working while we were there.
The laundry mat was a bit expensive for washers, but average for dryers. Our clothes came out clean, and the dryers dried our heavy loads within 30 minutes.
Now, for the bad. This place is lacking seating to wait on your clothes. For the size of the laundry mat, they have only 8 or less chairs in the whole place.
This laundromat didn't require any special cards to use their machines, but did require you to put cash inside an account to use the machines.”
“The cleaning is well done, but admin and communication needs improvement. They were not clear about their no show policy and when communicating cancellation of appointments, they were unclear regarding the policy of cancellation of ALL future appointments. It reflects poorly on a business when they cannot communicate appropriately with clients. In the future, I recommend stating with clarity that no shows lead to cancellation of current and all future appointments.”

“My first time going here on a Friday night to do laundry and I enjoyed every bit of it. I put my laundry in the washer and then sat at the bar for a bit and watched the playoff game. Staff was friendly and helpful, the washers and dryers worked and the areas were clean. Biggest washers are $4 but definitely was not a deal breaker.”

“Been going to this cleaners for a bout a year after I went to another cleaners nearby and was charged a ridiculous rate for some alterations. Once, I stumbled across Sunset, I never looked back. The turn around time is great to go along with the very reasonable prices and the husband & wife are nice people.”

“It's nice for what it is, the doors open automatically so if you have your hands full it's not a problem and they have a coin and soap machine inside. The machines are mostly well maintained and there are plenty of folding tables.”
“Very friendly and helpful. I work for a college theater department so i bring in large numbers of garments. They have never lost an item and everything is well cleaned. The last cleaner I used I was questioned if I actually had it cleaned. I have never had that issue since switching. I also bring my own items, including harder to clean things. They do a very good job. I highly recommend them.”
“I was very surprised to find a laundromat that washes and dries for free. It’s a small space but just enough room to get done what you need to get done. Also, the twin sisters keep it very clean in there.”
“This is a very clean and economic laundromat. I enjoy coming here; however, the bathroom is ALWAYS locked, so you have to use the one at the Food Lion next door. Also, there have never been any staff working when I've been there. I'd still recommend this place, IF you don't need to use the bathroom or need any help!”
“The dryers go for 8 mins (I hope they don't drop the time anymore) which is great other places it's 5 mins which means more money. Even though it's quarters it still means alot. The store is clean I can get something to eat and relax while my clothes get done. It gets rowdy at times but the staff is professional and they handle whatever situation pops up well.”

“Excellent customer service for self-service! Both attendants working on the busy Sunday (8.4.24) were extremely attentive. I had an old card with a balance and when I was checking it the first attendant stopped and informed me there was a new system. She immediately helped me to transfer the balance to the new card & how to use the new system. The second attendant noticed that my washer (with the rug I was washing) was very soapy & told me she would add fabric softener to cut the bubbles down during the rinse bc I did not have any. Highly recommend!”

“On the first and second shift, there is assistance, but the third shift expect to have no assistance operating the machines. The laundromat to have used dryer sheets on the floor, emptied clothes detergent containers, and beverages containers left to ve thrown away.”
